We had a great time at the cabin it was very clean. The dishwasher did not work but that was ok. Pool table needs some work, but we still enjoy it. Had a bear visit us a couple of times. Great trip and we book again.
The location was high with an amazing view. The location sign for the cabin was not visible, so it was a bit difficult to locate at an evening arrival. The hot tub was perfect as well as the rest of the cabin. We loved the warm, comfy feel of the whole place. The rest of Gatlinburg was very easy to access via car and everything was close by.
Stayed here for our wedding/honeymoon and it was lovely! Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Nice, quiet location clear from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would be nice if the bed was upstairs to be able to appreciate the view better but it was still beautiful!!
We enjoyed our 2 day stay. The property was nice and clean. It needs a bit of updating and a larger tv. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was well maintained.
Managers were very accommodating to us when we lost power at our cabin the morning of our daughter’s wedding. They offered to move us with no problems to another cabin. Highly recommend Poplar Ridge to anyone who’s looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!!
We enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, the view was amazing, and we had a great time. I can't recommend a better cabin for a nice romantic getaway.
Our first time in the mountains and first time staying in the cabin. The place was beautiful and so amazing! It was so relaxing just sitting in the cabin and relaxing and the peace and quiet. The view was so amazing too! Definitely will be back!

Spectacular views, quiet and relaxing. Loved the hot tub, temperature was 104 and we used it morning and evening. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, the couch and recliner appeared to be fairly new and were comfortable, although there weren't any extra blankets or throw blankets to curl up on the couch with. The fireplace completed the full cabin feel and warmth. The hosts were very responsive (20 minutes or less) to our calls when garbage needed to be picked up, that our coffee pot quit working, brought a replacement, and when we reported a kitchen sink drain leaking. We did battle a dripping shower faucet in the middle of the night one night, but my hubby was able to get that to quit. The only disappointment we had was we didn't feel the cabin was very clean, lots of cobwebs around the pictures, light fixtures, as well as in the cabinets, and the floor felt like it had sand everywhere. We would book again, would just ask for a couple of throw blankets for the couch and that whoever cleans to please do a thorough cleaner of the floor and wiping down the cobwebs. Pricing was reasonable and the location of the cabin was perfect location in proximity to groceries, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, as well as to the Smokie Mountain National Park. We'll definitely be planning another vacation week in this area as there was so much, we didn't get to do.
We had such an amazing stay with beautiful views offered at this cabin and great amenities we loved the pool table and hot tub. It was very close to gatlinburg we only had to take a 10-15 min drive to be at wonderful restaurants and places to visit. The cabin itself is gorgeous, spacious and overall a great place to stay. The hosts are very wonderful with communication prior to and during visit.
