Amazing family friendly 2 bedroom/1 bathroom upstairs beach condo that everyone will enjoy! Short walk to beautiful white sand beaches of Indian Shores! Great location with amazing restaurants, coffee shop and bars all in walking distance. Beautiful pool, outside grills and picnic tables. Great fishing on the intercoastal. This is the perfect beach escape.

Great property! Very clean, reasonably priced, and the host was excellent to communicate with. Within walking distance to a beautiful beach. We loved the quieter area while still being close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

This property was wonderful. The host was exceptional with communication. It was VERY clean and had so many cozy amenities. The beds were so comfortable, the towels and blankets were high quality, so many items for use at the beach which was a short 2 min walk. We would stay here again.

The rental was very clean and nice. Pool area was very clean and quiet. There were lots of beach accessories available like a beach wagon, nets, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The beach is a very short walk across the street, but well worth every step. It is breath taking. Fishing accessories are available as well. The intercostal water is behind the resort. Host was very responsive and super easy to work with.

This place was perfect for our girls trip. It was spacious, quiet and clean. You can’t beat the quick walk to the beach or spending time at the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the convenient location and clean accommodations! We stayed here for a quick get away at the end of August. We had never stayed in the area, but we loved it. The beach access is right across the street and there is a cross walk right to it. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. It was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella shade. There was plenty of room in the rental and we were provided with some start up supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, bar soap and paper towels. We arrived after midnight, so we appreciated the easy access to the rental with a simple code. We had a rental car and getting to Wal Mart and other shops and restaurants was fairly quick. We also drove to John’s Pass which was an easy drive. We had great communication from the owner and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about the unit and area. Condo was absolutely spotless and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The pool area was great and other visitors were so nice and helpful about the area. We hope to return in the future. Host was amazing to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s place! We were traveling with our one year old, and she accommodated us checking in early. Having nearby access to the pool and beach was incredible- plus the place had beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Amanda was extremely responsive for the few questions we had. Would definitely consider rebooking!

Great space for a family with teenagers. The beach chairs provided were high quality and the envy of our friends. There were also pool floats available to use. The host was friendly and provided happy hour and coffee spot recommendations. Even though the resort was across the road from the beach; it was still an easy walk and not too crowded. We will definitely return to this condo if we return to Indian Shores in the future.
