Looking for a house that can comfortably accommodate the whole family? This family-friendly house in Davenport is the perfect place for a large group to kick back and relax in style! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out, including the screened lanai. The private pool and spill-over pool spa are ideal for spending your days in the sun. The private poolside patio provides guests with an outdoor dining area to dine alfresco and an inviting lounge area.

Inside, this air-conditioned retreat features two living areas, two dining areas, and a well-appointed kitchen. Upon entering, you will come across one of the living areas, furnished with a comfortable sofa, chairs, and a big-size Connect 4 game. A formal dining table is next to this sunny area. The second living area shares the floor plan with the kitchen and the second dining area. Spend entertaining evenings snuggled up on the large sectional streaming a favorite show on the smart TV with cable. The open, fully equipped kitchen is complete with every appliance you could possibly need to whip up the most delicious snacks and meals for your group which you can share at the smaller dining table off the kitchen or the bar seating.

The first floor of this captivating home has two bedrooms, each one with a smart TV. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower, double vanity, and a soaking tub. There is also a washer/dryer. Upstairs, you can find the remaining four bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
