We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the property. We're sorry to hear the sofa wasn't comfortable for your family. We do wish this had been brought to our attention during your stay, as this would have been a quick fix and we would have been happy to resolve it for you straight away. The pool door alarm is a safety feature required to help protect guests, particularly families with young children, and we appreciate your understanding even though we know it can take a little getting used to. Thank you also for highlighting the noise from the master bedroom vent. We'll investigate this with our maintenance team to ensure everything is working as it should. I have also checked the message threads and I cant see where you raised any problems with us at all during your stay. Had you contacted us we could have looked at the AC for you

Thank you for your 3 star review Carlos, however, your review puzzles me. I have checked the message threads between us both and I can't see any other communication from you at all apart from a message at 10pm the day before your check out day asking if you could have a late check out. We responded at 8am the next day advising as we had a guest checking in today (your check out date) so we would be unable to authorize a late check out as we need time to clean the home ready for the next guest. To rate us 3 stars for not being able to give you a late checkout is really unfair as you did not raise any issues at all with the home during your stay, despite us reaching out to you twice.
