Beautiful three bedroom, two full bathroom upper apartment with finished loft space and off street parking central to all of WNY. On the main floor find a cozy living area with sectional, a dining room, a full kitchen, and an upper balcony with patio seating. Also on the main floor, find three bedrooms all with TV's + firesticks, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The finished loft area has a futon, tv + firestick, and a full bathroom with a tub. Sean’s property at North Buffalo offered a great home base for us to move our daughter to University at Buffalo. It was a convenient 10 minutes away from campus. We were able to bring our dog and her grandparents to help her transition to her new home. We each had our own room and a place for family dinner. Much more comfortable than if we had to stay at a hotel. We didn’t have to leave our dog home since the property is dog friendly. My daughter was able to spend couple of extra days with her furry sibling. The home was located half a block from a street with coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Very convenient to go and grab some food. Popular big box stores such as Walmart and Target were also very close so it was easy to run and pick up last minutes items for her dorm room. Every facet of the home satisfied our needs for our stay at Buffalo.

The property was clean and the materials there to use if needed were amazing.We do want to note that the lamppost outside of the house is missing the alternate parking sign.

Nice apartment and location. Tons of space for the price. We loved the mattresses and the super comfy couch. Only con was the cook and bakeware are in need of replacing. We have a son with food allergies, so the reason we do VRBO over a hotel is so we can cook his food safely. We were able to purchase some cookware from the nearby Target. The AC was not working but that could have been user error. Thankfully weather was nice and it wasn’t an issue.

Our group of 5 loved the residence. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to a beautiful park. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves at this location. The house was exactly as decribed and the loft area was great for our kids. Walking distance to great shops and coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

This was the perfect spot for my grown children to stay during Thanksgiving. It was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and communication with our host was excellent.

Stayed two nights in this generous sized unit.Great location, just off Hertel Ave, near Delaware Park and the great shops and bars on Elmwood.
