Ideal location! Short walk to the beach, nearby bars and restaurants on Ocean Drive, but just far enough from the action to be quiet at night. The interior was recently remodeled and clean. Garage parking is included, which is a nice perk in this busy neighborhood.

We absolutely loved the location of this property! Its proximity to South Beach made it incredibly convenient to explore all that Miami has to offer, with so many attractions within easy walking distance. The surrounding community was vibrant and inviting, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Being just steps away from iconic spots like Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue—the heart of South Beach—really elevated the experience. The condo itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated four people, making it perfect for our stay.Overall, we had an incredible time and would recommend this property to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the best of Miami!

The condo was impeccably clean, with towels, nice sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, and plenty of cooking utensils. It was also quiet. Parking was great as it was in the building so no worries there. You could not ask for a better location as we could walk everywhere to include the beach, shops and restaurants. An overall great experience and would do again!!!!

Nice place with indoor parking. Bit of an effort to get to the third floor, but it had a nice little porch to go outside to change your mind. Only frustration was the Amazon TV, which was terrible.

Most attentive host I have had at a VRBO property. The only one I can remember actually checked in with us during the trip prior to sending just check out instructions.

We have stayed in our apartment for the last few weeks for the first time in 7 years! We have been redecorating and making sure everything is in order. We have replaced the master bed suite and mattress, dining room table & chairs, all the rugs, blankets, added to the kitchen supplies etc. I have posted the new photographs.
