Located in one of South Beach’s most convenient locations, and just two blocks away from the sand! This immaculate deluxe 1bedroom apartment is available for accomodate up to 4 people. Thoroughly renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen featuring quartz counters, new wood cabinets, s/s appliances, a gas stove, subway tile backsplash, a pantry, and custom fixtures with Edison bulbs. Newer A/C unit installed in 2023.
Amazing location close to supermarket, restaurants and night club!

So noisy!

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed, but unfortunately, all the good things were overshadowed by the noise outside. We hardly slept as the noise from the street went on until at least 3AM every night. It's right above a nightclub and the windows are very thin, so all the noise is impossible to escape. It was great to be close to the beach and all the amenities nearby. If you like to stay up all night, this place is perfect!

Same building better Option

I have stayed in the same building before, but with another Vendor in a different apartment. I never wanted to go back because I was so disappointed. Decided to rebook the same building because the area is amazing to stay at, and my friend convinced me to book it with a different vendor. And I’m glad I did. This apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. The communication was great and in all honesty when I’m back in Miami I will rebook. .

Amazing Stay!!!!!!

Amazing stay!!!!! Great Location!!!!! 2 minutes from the beach, and near plenty of great Eateries . Me and my Company had a Blast!!!

Enjoyed our atay

Property was as described. Building not fantastic but condo was clean and updated. Easy walk to the beach and all the nightlife. Would definitely stay again.

A gem close to all the action

My wife and I booked this for a cruise layover. Close to the beach, the vibe up and down the street and very comfortable. I little noisy if your not a night owl and a early riser, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect location

We loved our stay. The condo is in the perfect location. The building, its self, is awful. It’s dirty. It smells. It’s completely run down. The condo… was great. Beautiful upgrades! Unfortunately, it’s in the wrong building. I wouldn’t stay again.
