5 private bedrooms with doors, plus a 6th bedroom with a curtain instead of a door but it also has a secret hiding spot under the stairs for the young or young at heart. The upstairs bedrooms share a very large Jack & Jill bathroom. 3.5 bathrooms in total.
Bringing a few extra people? We provide air mattresses with fresh bedding for additional guests. Please inquire about rates.

THE KITCHEN
Our guests mention it more than anything else. You'll find double ovens, a warming drawer, 8 burner gas cooktop, plenty of cookware, serving pieces, spices, oils and pantry basics, so you can cook for the whole group without bringing much from home.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Have your morning coffee in the rocking chairs, gather on the new outdoor sofa and chairs, soak in the hot tub, or end the night around the fire pits. Out here in the countryside the stargazing is incredible.

HOLIDAYS & WINTER AT THE ESTATE
At 7,450 feet, we're one of the snowiest spots near Colorado Springs. When it snows on the Front Range, it's usually snowing here too, and our snow sticks around longer than anywhere in town. Grab a sled from the house and head to the sledding hill right out the back door (or bring your favorite sleds from home), then warm up in the hot tub or around the fire pits.

During the holiday season we decorate the house lightly, with a Christmas tree and holiday bedding in the primary bedroom and the basement queen room, so it feels festive the moment you walk in.
