This beautifully designed modern farmhouse is thoughtfully set up for families and friends who want to spend meaningful time together while still enjoying space, comfort, and privacy. Gourmet kitchen for family meals featuring an 8-burner gas cooktop, dual convection ovens, a warming drawer, a live-edge dining table that seats 8–12, and a large breakfast bar for extra seating. The home is well stocked with a wide variety of essentials, so you don't need to pack your own "kitchen sink". We try to think of everything you'd need and want and provide it. Think sugar, flour, spices, oils, vinegars, coffee, toddler dishes, booster seats, a high chair, fans, wireless chargers, and extra folding chairs for additional seating. Yes, of course, we are providing shampoo, conditioner, and paper products for your entire stay, NOT just a starter kit. 

This home offers spacious, flexible sleeping arrangements that comfortably accommodate large families and groups. The main level features a private primary suite with a king bed, along with a twin bedroom ideal for children or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, you’ll find an additional king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and bunk beds for extra sleepers, all served by a large shared bathroom. The lower level includes both a king and a queen bedroom, creating a private retreat for additional guests. With air mattresses available, the home can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.

A Sonos system plays throughout the main level, alongside a variety of family games and reading nooks. Smart TVs are available in the primary bedroom and one upstairs bedroom, with other bedrooms offering a serene, screen-free setting ideal for unwinding and quality sleep.

Relax on the front porch with a swing and rocking chairs, enjoy dinner on the deck with a natural-gas Weber grill, or gather around one of multiple fire pits on the deck, patio, or yard. The property also features a large play area for cornhole, croquet, football, basketball, or even hitting a few golf balls. End the day together under the stars in the sparkling 8-person hot tub, thoroughly cleaned before every stay and equipped with multiple hydrotherapy seats for ultimate relaxation.
