Welcome to a Coloradan western experience! This fully-furnished home features a fire pit, RV parking, a piano, a 2-car garage, and 42 ponderosa pines on a 0.6-acre lot.

20 minutes to the Air Force Academy, 10 minutes to Fox Run Regional Park (417 acres with picnic pavillions, playgrounds, and trails), and 15 minutes to the Mining Museum, Bass Pro Shops, go-carts at Overdrive Raceway, Topgolf, and Ford Outdoor Amphitheater.

Enjoy our 2500+ sqft space in northwest Colorado Springs, with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Special amenties include heated floors in the primary bathroom, a second living room, and a piano for the musically adept.

The 0.6-acre lot features a fully fenced backyard, ample space for RV parking, an outdoor firepit, two grills, and over 80 mature trees for shade and privacy without any HOA restrictions.

Golf at one of the two nearby courses, explore the hiking trails at Fox Run park, or try out one of the many entertainment options on North Gate Boulevard. Alternatively, kick back and enjoy the modern miracle that is WiFi.

The entire space is yours, excepting the outdoor shed, the locked basement room, and the third bay in the garage.

Stefan is available to you 24/7/365 via my phone, though he does have `Do Not Disturb` hours established per my settings. This usually requires 2 calls in a row within a 3-minute span to get through. In the case of a non-911 emergency, please continue to call until he picks up . If the matter is non-urgent, he can usually give a quicker response via the messaging app.
All trash must be bagged for Wednesday trash day.

Small loads only in laundry to allow clothes to fully dry.

Smoke outside. Please be kind: pick up butts.

Prepare a bucket of water for fire pit.

Remember to log out of your streaming services before you leave!

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with, the check in process was simple and flawless, and the house was comfortable and cozy. We would love to stay here again! The toilet paper was a little thin, but that’s the only “complaint” I have. And it’s a little nitpicky considering they had bidets on every toilet. Overall, the house is wonderful and well stocked!

Amazing home and location!

We would definitely recommend anyone staying here. The location is amazing and convenient. The house holds 10 people in beds. More than enough space for your family or friends.Owner's were very attentive through VRBO and was available when we messaged them with questions!Will definitely be back to stay here!

This location was just far enough out of the city to get away, but still conveniently accessible to where we wanted to go. My family was very comfortable staying in this home. It snowed and was extremely cold outside while we were there, but the house stayed warm and cozy.

Proven again

We stayed here once and had a great experience. Now we just finished another extended stay and same story: affordable price, kind and workable host who always responds quickly to any need or question, and most importantly a clean and comfortable home. When we have another job in the area, we will first look to see if this home is available.

Excellent Property!

My family all met (13 of us) here for Christmas 2016. The home was neat and clean. Very open floor plan that made visiting easy. There were some nice touches that the owner provided that made things convenient. Sandy, the booking agent was very prompt, polite and helpful. I recommend it!

Look no further. Great rental!

This home is located in a great location close to everything. The home is very comfortable and airy. Our group of 9 had plenty Of space to spread out. The neighborhood is in the country but you are not far from the town of Monument which has great places to shop at, etc. I highly recommend this rental. The pictures don’t do It justice. You will not be disappointed.

Truly overwhelmed from our arrival to the moment we left the home.

We didn’t have a lot of time to research the area prior to our arrival, but there was really no need, we discovered, upon our arrival at night on our arrival day. Woke up the next morning, to see a wonderful Mountain View from master bedroom and a yard full of snow. The home had everything we needed to make our thanksgiving an unforgettable one, while away from home. A true blessing.

Enjoyed our stay in this property

quite and peaceful neighborhood. The property was perfect for us (total of 16 people) and we enjoyed every moment. Ms Kellie (property mgmt) was helpful and friendly. She lives next house and she always available anything we need. We arrived in Colorado Spring just in time of the winter storm and stayed at the house for the next day. Ms Kellie told us that we could stay for 2-3 days free extensions due to the winter storm. We were delighted about the offer and we took 1 extra day instead coz most of the guys are going back to work. Overall, We loved and enjoyed the place. Thank you again and highly recommended anyone wanted to stay in Colorado Spring. Thanks Pam, Ray and Kellie for all your help during our 7 days stay.
