This lovely lake home is located in the Mountain View Shores Community near the dam.

The generous bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with the primary bedroom and a guest room located on the main level. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a sitting area with a sofa bed and opens into the dining/great room area. With its exposed ceiling beams, the great room offers comfortable furnishings for gathering together. The upper deck is accessed from the great room and is partially covered. Enter the screened porch from the kitchen, which has a dining table and chairs, plus a gas grill.

Hours of fun await in the game room/living area on the lower level, with a pool table and a TV. There are two additional bedrooms and an extra sleeping area with bunk beds on the lower level. Top off perfect vacation days in the hot tub, located outside on the lower level deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
