Perfect Cabin for Fisherman and Families

PATOKA HILLS - Great cabin in perfect location for fisherman and families!

Fisherman will enjoy the close proximity of 3 boat ramps on Patoka Lake with plenty of space to park your boat onsite. Families will enjoy the close proximity to the French Lick area (which includes bowling / mini golf / bike trails / go karts / indoor water park), French Lick Scenic Railway, Patoka Lake State Park (fishing / swimming / hiking), Marengo Caves, Paoli Peaks (skiing and tubing), Holiday World and Splashin' Safari, Wineries, Golf Courses and so much more.

The cabin has one large bedroom with a king size bed, a newly added second bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a cot and pack and play available if needed.
The kitchen is fully furnished, including a Keurig and Crock Pot.
The bathroom includes towels and washcloths.
There is a washer and dryer available for use.
WIFI is included.
There is a wrap around porch with outdoor seating to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature and a concrete firepit area to enjoy some s’mores and stars!
No Pets or Smoking.
There is a security camera on the corner of the garage pointing at sidewalk to the cabin that is only used when there are no guests. This is the only security camera on the property.

Three of us had a girls’ weekend here and enjoyed the cabin. The location was great - only about 15 minutes from restaurants and shopping. We brought a folding table and had plenty of room for doing crafts. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The bathroom is quite small too for three women to share. It’s trivial, but having mirrors in the bedrooms would’ve been nice and made getting ready easier/quicker. We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed at the cabin for two days. The cabin was spacious, well stocked & clean & convenient to lots of things but not smack dab on top of anyone. The host was prompt w/any questions & very helpful w/area suggestions. We will definitely stay there again!

Guys weekend

The cabin was nice and cozy. The bed was ridiculously comfy! There was a room undergoing construction, which is gonna make it even better when it's finished. overall we had a great weekend there
