We enjoyed our stay.

The place was lovely and as advertised. The host was super helpful with information and thoughtful about things needed. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for my adult son and I, we probably spent as much time in the flat as we did exploring London lol.

Nice apt

Comfortable accommodation for 2 adults. Flexible travel options as it’s located conveniently close to two metro stations. Safe area and close to shops and restaurants. Great host, seamless check in and check out, very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay!

Lovely area

Travelled with 3 generations. Stairs are tricky for elderly. Space is really small and beds are small so 3 adults are really squashed. However the area is fantastic which makes up for it all....

London Flat

This apt was absolutely perfect for my adult son and I. The location was great, very central to most. The owner was extremely responsive before , and during our stay. We arrived very early and were permitted to drop our luggage early while hitting the ground running, which was a huge benefit to us. Can't wait to come back to one of the greatest cities!! The apt was a nice size for 2 adults, it was well maintained and perfect for us.

Mid-winter London visit

Pleasant, safe, neighborhood on busy street near vibrant areas. For 9 night stay, we could have used change of sheets and towels. (Clothes drier was missing closing clamp so it was inoperable.) Short walk to several nice restaurants. Troubador is a treasure with deep rock/jazz legacy. Overall, the flat filled our needs very well and we would return happily.

Cozy & Convenient

We loved this VRBO in West Brompton. Our communication with Angelina was helpful and timely. Everything was as we expected. It's conveniently close to the Tube (both District and Piccadilly lines) for access to all things in Central London. The immediate neighborhood is also charming and offers a lot (good food - and Starbucks, which is helpful for an American traveler.) It IS on a very busy commuter road, so if anyone is sleeping on the futon you'll encounter a lot of morning noise (and occasional emergency vehicles at all hours). But the bedroom is nicely quiet!

A Great Place To Stay in London

I recently stayed at this property for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The place was exactly as shown and described in the ad. The flat was very roomy, clean and it was great having a living area to move around in. We found the beds extremely comfortable. There was a nice bathtub / shower which was very welcome after a long, warm day of seeing the sights in London. The flat included a kitchen which made it convenient to make a cup of tea and keep things cold in the refrigerator. The location of the flat made it super easy to get to stores, the tube, Harrod's, etc. The owner Angelina was super fast in replying to any and all questions about the property which was greatly appreciated. In short, we would stay at this property again and probably will! Andrea

A dissapointment

Between the cold water not working in the shower, and the dirty rugs in the bathroom, as well as ther moldy grout in the bath....it was very dissapointing. The freezer also was very, very over frozen. I alerted the owner of these issues prior to leaving, as we were quite busy during our stay, and did not see everything. In addition we were only provided one standard size towel for the entire stay

We are very grateful that they let us in early with our luggage to save us the stress. They were also very quick to respond. However, the place was dirty, the trash was not taken out when we came in. There was no kitchen table or chairs to sit in, besides an office chair. We had to ask for them to give us a drying wrack, detergent for the washing machine, and pots and pans for cooking. They did fix this very quick once asked. The couch bed was very hard to sleep on. The main bed had a really cheap mattress where you could feel the springs. Amazing location though, very easy to get anywhere in London. Access to apartment and getting the key was very quick and easy, with a video sent explaining on how to do so.

Ungepflegte Wohnung

Sehr niedriger Standard der Wohnung, schlecht eingerichtet, schlechte Betten, im Wohnzimmer sehr laut vom Straßenverkehr; wir haben nach Intervention 2 Stühle erhalten, da es nur einen Bürostuhl gab. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!! Nicht zu empfehlen!!
