Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. The patio is a shared outdoor space, and this was communicated prior to the stay. The shared arrangement was disclosed. Regarding the Wi-Fi, Spectrum experienced service issues during the stay, and we understand how inconvenient this can be, however, the Spectrum service interruption was outside of our control. When the smoke alarm issue was brought to our attention, we immediately offered to resolve it; however, the guest was not receptive to allowing us to address the issue. We take maintenance concerns seriously and make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly. Regarding the door code, we were able to unlock the door immediately using the provided code, and the issue appeared to be related to how the code was entered. There were also significant concerns during and after this guest’s stay that are not reflected in this review. We received an unusually high volume of calls, including repeated calls between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. After checkout, the unit was left in a very dirty condition, and a rug on the porch had been burned, requiring additional attention.We welcome constructive feedback and continually work to improve our property. At the same time, we believe future guests deserve a balanced understanding of the experience, including our efforts to assist and the condition in which the property was left by this guests.
