Great location, amenities and host

Thomas and his property was as expected from the pictures, to listing to his responsiveness. We enjoyed the house, it’s space for sleeping as well as great openness to enjoy time together inside and outside. The pool was very nice, cold, but for kids, and adults willing to cool off, it was good. Appreciated the amenities in the kitchen, pool/bath towels, etc. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Nice and cozy place for a large group of people

The house was located close to the beaches and other stores, which was great. There was all the basic stuff needed for a comfy stay. During this time period (August), the water in the pool was very hot, and our kids loved that. Plenty of things to play with. After all, we consider this place as one of the options when we come back to FL.

Perfect size and location!!

We loved staying here with some extended family. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and felt like there was plenty of space. The pool was fantastic because several days were really hot! It was centrally located for all the things we wanted to do! We went to the beach, Clearwater, the zoo and had a swim meet at the north shore aquatic center. The owner was so prompt with communication and was always pleasant to speak with! We are already looking at dates for next year to return!! The house was freshly cleaned, laundry was so nice to have through vacation, the kitchen had everything you need to prepare family meals! 10 out of 10 recommend this house!!

La piscine gagnerait à être chauffée. Les propriétaires répondaient rapidement et efficacement, la climatisation a été réparée en moins de 24 hre. Ils ont été très accommodant.

Christmas in St. Pete

House was very true to the description and in a central location for restaurants and shopping. The property had 4 comfy beds and plenty of room for the entire family. Due to traffic and proximity, it is about a 15 minute drive to the beach or downtown. Property owner was always very quick to respond to a couple of concerns we had while there and I'm very gracious he accommodated our 3 pets. I would definitely stay at this property again while in St. Petersburg.
