Property Features: Wide open expansive views of Boca Ciega Bay from nearly every room in the house. Overlooking the bay, this fabulous house sits on the Treasure Island Causeway. Being only 1.25mi to the beach, you can spend your days in the sun. Yet at night, you have instant access to downtown St.Petersburg and the expressways, both North and South. From this house, you can be downtown in fifteen minutes by car, or on the beach in three or four. If you prefer, you're also close to public and private golf courses and country clubs too.

Featuring its own fishing dock and impressive indoor and outdoor entertainment areas the house offers a pool table, media room with surround sound and 8 movie theater style red leather reclining seats, and a card table for your casino game of choice.

The spacious open floor plan combined with endless traditional touches make this home an extravagant vacation home, from the spectacular soaring ceiling decorated with murals above the great room and lavish paintings around the home.

The kitchen is an open floor plan with granite tops and stainless steel appliances and amenities, along with a breakfast bar, eat in kitchen table for 6, and a grand formal dining table for 8. Appliances include: full sized refrigerator, microwave, ice-maker, double oven, and flat top electric stove. **coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster are available as well**

Above, the bedrooms feature internal balconies overlooking the great room and the dining table, so guests can chat with friends on the floor below…think Hollywood movies of days gone by.

If you’re worried about carrying the groceries or getting luggage to the top floor bedrooms, there is a functioning elevator that goes to all floors.

Parking: There is a secure garage with space for 2 vehicles or other recreational craft. There is also outside space for 4-6 cars all with security lighting covering all areas.

Security: Combination entry locks ensure that only you have access.


BEDROOMS: 6 large and beautifully outfitted bedrooms, 4 with a view over the water. Bedrooms feature large walk-in closets, en-suite access to bathroom facilities, and HD-TV’s.

THIRD FLOOR:
- Master Bedroom 1: with water views and features 1 king sized bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 walk-in closet, 2 chaises, and access to the 3rd floor veranda. This room even has its own private whirlpool bath overlooking the water.
- Bedroom 1: with water views and features 1 queen sized bed, 1 couch, 1 reading chair, 1 HD-TV and access to the 3rd floor veranda. It has it's own large en-suite bathroom and walk in closet.

SECOND FLOOR:
- Master bedroom 2: features 1 king sized bed, 1 HD-TV, 1 reclining leather chair, and two closets. It had direct access to the jack and jill bathroom, with a stand alone shower and separate garden tub.
- Office/Bedroom 1: features a lavish desk facing the water view, 2 reading chairs, a pull out couch with a queen-sized mattress, and 1 closet. It also has direct access to jack and Jill bathroom, with a stand alone shower and separate garden tub.
- Bedroom 2: features a queen sized bed, and HD-TV, a small desk and chair, with its own en-suite bathroom and walk in closet.

FIRST FLOOR:
- Bedroom 1: has water views and features two twin beds and a seating area of 1 couch, 1 love seat, and a coffee table, with direct access to the common bathroom.


OUTDOOR SPACE:
3 full width shaded open air verandas, with fans, and sweeping views across the bay:
- Third floor veranda is equipped with cushioned loungers and chairs.
- Second floor veranda is equipped with outdoor cushioned dining set for 6, and a cushioned reading chair with ottoman, and a cushioned lounger.
- Floor level veranda/patio features round tables and 6 cushioned chairs for outdoor sipping and dining in the breeze next to the beautiful waterside swimming pool with elevated whirlpool spa. It also features a large stainless steel BBQ grill with full food-prep table and sink, extractor fans and lighting for alfresco cooking Florida style.
- Personal Fishing Dock is outfitted with a built in bench and umbrella, as well as an outdoor patio set of a dining table and 6 chairs for sunset gatherings and drinks. If you have your own watercraft, this is where you can tie it up.

OTHER AMENITIES:

1. Please be aware too that, although in a spectacular setting, this house sits within a residential area and is not suitable for parties, events or other such large gatherings.
2. Although we are not unfriendly to our furry friends, due to unfortunate prior experiences we no longer permit pets. If you wish to bring an animal you must declare this in your original inquiry and obtain written permission from the owners.
3. Please note that due to an unfortunate previous experience we will require the names/ages of all guests at time of booking.
