Luxary apartment centrally located in Reykjavik

A beautiful, bright and spacious apartment on 3rd floor in a 3 apartment building with free private parking. Located in a family friendly street /neighbourhood in the capital city area, only 15-20 min walk from downtown Reykjavik. There are 2 bedrooms each equipped with a queen size bed and one with a TV. The living area is quite big with sofa and TV, large dining table with 6 chairs and work area with a chair and a desk. Our kitchen has all standard equipment, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes etc and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a roundtable with 4 chairs. Large bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is very well located within a 5 minutes walk to Kringlan Shopping Mall and the centre of downtown Reykjavík is just a 15-20 minute stroll away. There is a bakery and a ice cream shop 200 meters away. There is a children playground in the area.

There are 2 balconies where you can enjoy the view and catch the northern lights if you are lucky. Also superb location to watch the fireworks if you stay over the New Years.

It's a very nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood.

We have a baby crib and high hair available to use for your children.

Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.
