About this property

Scottsdale Gem - Remodeled, Pool, Hot Tub

Newly renovated house in the heart of Scottsdale! Open floor plan with new furnishings throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two have king beds and the third has a queen. They all have plenty of storage space and each room has a television. The Master is on the opposite side of the house, has a newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower and has its own entry to the beautiful backyard. Each bathroom is stocked with new plush towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

The backyard has a beautiful pool with baja shelf and is heated upon request for no additional fee. There is also a separate hot tub to enjoy during cooler evenings, as well as a gas grill, fire pit, plenty of seating and an outside television.

If you are coming to stay for any of the main events in Scottsdale (Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, etc), this is a great location!

Just under 3 miles to Kierland & Scottsdale Quarter, where you will find dozens of great restaurants and excellent shopping

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood!. Alicia was a joy to work with and very responsive. The location to Scottsdale venues and shopping is very convenient. The backyard at night with the pool and lighting was outstanding! My brothers and I get together yearly and this property was a hit. I would stay here again!

A perfect getaway house. Well equipped beautiful kitchen and outdoor eating area with pool and hot tub. Spacious bedrooms and common areas, with everything you would need. This property may be the best stay we have had yet!! The property is beautiful and set in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive to many shops, restaurants, and downtown Phoenix. Everything was included as listed and the pool and hot tub were fantastic during our spring break trip to Arizona! Check in was a breeze and there is very clear communication on how to operate all of the amenities. The host was very communicative and checked in promptly. Don’t hesitate to stay for any family outing, just book it!!

Beautiful property! Everything was absolutely perfect! Newly renovated with updated finishes, comfortable furniture, great pool and hot tub outdoor area. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen areas are all top notch. Scottsdale location is perfect as well. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to parks, shopping and more. Alicia (property owner) is very prompt at returning all texts and communications. We will definitely book again!

Great home

Great house and even better hosts. This property has so many great amenities and it is close to everything you would need. Shopping, restaurants, golf and lots to do with your family. Would highly recommend staying here. When we return to Arizona we will choose this house.

Beautiful Getaway!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It is has everything! The furnishings inside and outside were so nice and very comfortable. The bed was also extremely comfortable and had great linens. The backyard was a perfect little oasis, very private, great pool and hot tub and we really enjoyed relaxing on the nice patio. We can't wait for our next stay there.

Quick Getaway for Barrett Jackson

Scottsdale Sanctuary

We loved our weekend at this property. Hosts were great. House was clean and upgraded. The pool was phenomenal. The TV and recliners were great for watching sports. Beds were comfy. No complaints at all. Can't wait to return.

Close to everything, backyard oasis!

Awesome home on a quiet street, has everything we needed for our stay. Super clean and updated inside, the kids made full use of the hot tub and (heated) pool in December, along with the games in garage! Other than our excursions to Grand Canyon and Slide Rock, everything else was under a 30 minute drive from the home--airport, Camelback, nearby mall/restaurants, etc. Well explained procedures for arrival & departure, great appliances & outdoor grill, and great communication with the hosts. Only hiccup was a technical one (wifi went down) but it was fixed quickly. Weather was awesome, wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to stay here again!
