We are a retired couple who love the beach and live only 60 miles from our Condo at Treasure Island Resort. Neil is retired after 35 years with the State of Florida as an appraiser. Shelia is also retired and taught school for 35 years, mostly kindergarten children. Neil and Shelia together with another friend and his family have been coming to Panama City Beach for the past 40 years. Would you believe we started out nearly 40 years ago at the Treasure Island Motel and Spy Glass Inn. Those two motels are where the present Treasure Island Condo is now located. WE CAME BACK TO WHERE WE STARTED. Now this is our second home away from home. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and plan to visit again in the future.

There are 4 restaurants that are located within 200 yards of this Condo. Also, located just blocks away are Capt. Anderson's, St. Andrew's Park, theme parks, boat ramps, marinas, grocery stores, strip shopping centers and fast food restaurants. Working in real estate appraisal most of my career, I know, Location, Location, Location is the most important thing in purchasing a piece of property. The superior location of this unit will help provide a wonderful vacation for families whether it be on the beach or enjoying an activity nearby.

Unit 908 was purchased and was completely renovated. Nearly every item in this unit is new from a toilet brush to all new paint, carpet and furnishings. We did not cut any corners and used the finest quality in decorating materials and furnishings. We pride ourselves as being Mr.& Mrs. Clean. We clean our own Condo ourselves, so when another renter comes to rent we know the unit is clean. In years past, we have stayed in some clean, well furnished Condos. Those are the ones we always asked for when we returned. We hope you will do the same.
