Very comfortably furnished house! Can't beat the location for adventuring in national and other nearby parks. Walkable to downtown which has a variety of restaurants.

Excellent location and charming house

Location of the house was perfect between the park for the kids and downtown to walk around and checkout the shops. House was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed and hope to stay again one day!

The location is very good- walking to downtown Fayetteville. Nice neighborhood and enjoyable walking with our dog except for the aggressive barking big dog in the fenced yard across the street. Fayetteville has a couple of nice breakfast spots but not many choices for dining out for dinner. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. Bring your own spices and such, if you’re going to cook or bake. Splendid coffee maker starts the morning just right. Cozy front porch for sitting and reading in the morning. The beds are very comfortable. Nice clean and comfortable living and dining spaces. Great AC and heat. The clean hot tub was such a nice treat after hiking and rafting. The one bathroom is a challenge with 6 adults, and no lock on the door required a method for us to let the rest of the party know it was occupied. We made it work :).

Excellent trip

This was such a perfect trip and place to stay that I was starting to think of how I would place MY furniture and just stay there! I'm going to start planning the next trip as soon as possible. Thank you so much for the hospitality and thinking of everything a person could possibly need.

Great location to walk to downtown Fayetteville and a quick drive to New Gorge River Park. Quiet neighborhood. Also a quick walk to Park Head Trail. Nice porch to have morning coffee or after dinner chats.
