Wonderful gated condominium, beachfront complex, many amenities - pools, shuffle board, tennis (2 racquets and tennis balls in unit), beach access. Across the street is a plaza with all your needs - coffee, pizza, seafood, fine dining, sports bar and grill, gas station.

Plenty of parking in the complex. If you have a lot to take to the beach I often park in building i and it is a shorter walk to the Beach walkover and pool. There is a wagon for walking to the beach in the complex for easier carrying. Easily walk across A1A to get to restaurants.

We love welcoming pets! Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy - One pet allowed. The complex does NOT allow German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, or Chows with the exception of certified ADA dogs. Mixed breeds of the above dogs are also prohibited. The pet must be registered with the front office and display the pet tag upon arrival ($50 fee). There is also an additional cleaning fee of $50.

We ask that you do not leave your dog's alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage, or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly; there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We'd love to hear about them!
