This 1800's historic home is surrounded by history. It has been renovated and maintained the charm and character. It is located in the heart of Moosehead Area in a town called Greenville Junction - one block from the lake.

This home may be rented a variety of ways depending on the size you need may be combined any way you need,

WHOLE HOUSE : $325.

UNIT 1: 4 BR/2BA: 4 QUEEN $145
UNIT 2: 1 BEDROOM QUEEN,OPEN LOFT 2 FULL 2 TWIN , OPEN SPACES.SOFA BED, 2 TWINS $135
UNIT 3 :KING SIZE MURPHY BED $99

although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unit

whether its Florida or Maine.

I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds . They must be washed and brushed . Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture .

We had a great time at the house!! It was wonderful because we had all the units so we could send time away or get together to have some fun. The house comes with everything you will need for a get away!! When we needed something and needed to call Denise she answered and took care of it with in seconds for us!! Close to snowmobile trail

The house is as described, plenty of room if you are renting the whole house. We rented the whole house and had 12 people. We were there for a long weekend of snowmobiling. The driveway was only big enough for part of our group. We were able to park 2 pickup trucks and a 4 place and a 3 place trailer. Denise did offer parking at there rental office but we spoke to the hotel a few doors down that has direct access to the trail and parked the other 2 trucks and trailers there (They did end up getting hit the last night, the drive left. We realized in the morning when packing up and saw the damage). We did have to go a few houses down to get access to the trail. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens have most of what you need, The 3 kitchens made cooking easy. Denise was quick to reply to questions.

Large older house with lots of space

We were 3 couples with a 92 year old mother. This house provided private space for all of us and still come together for meals, socializing etc. This house has 3 units. My mother took tge downstairs efficiency apt that appeared to be recently renovated. She didnt to climb stairs and had her own bathroom . There is a bigger step to get into the bathroom but we made it work. Nice studio for her. Another upstairs unit had queen bed with attached bathroom very nice with kitchen n an upstairs that had 6 twin beds. Off from that another living area that connects to another bedroom. Unit one is the oldest unit with kitchen, bath, livingroom n upstairs bathroom and an attic with two large bedrooms. Easily sleep 16 if you rent entire house. Love the Mousehead Lake area. An beautiful place with gorgeous scenery,.

Great location, great amenities, fun place to stay. The upper bedrooms are quite hot in the summer and would suggest window air conditioners in all bedrooms, but overall, would stay again. Thank you for having our large group of 16!

Summer vacation

I rented the entire house. My husband and I along with some of our grown kids, grandkids and some cousins stayed for 5 nights. It was nice having several kitchens and some separation. Lots of room for everyone. The two bedrooms on the third floor were a little harder to get to, but the teens stayed in those rooms. Area was great, and we enjoyed ourselves.

I am very knowledgable of this area as I have been going there since the 1970’s. This house is in a great location to be able to experience everything this area has to offer . I highly recommend this rental and the owners were very helpful and great to deal with.

My sister and I and our families were in Greenville for a wedding at the Bartley Family Center. This interesting house was a convenient half mile away from the event and perfect for our needs. We rented both the old and the new sections of the house and it easily housed 11 of us the second night we were there, with room to spare had we needed it. Denise was very accommodating and welcoming.
