We are very sorry to hear that your overall experience at the resort did not live up to your previous visits. While we manage and take great pride in our individual condo, certain amenities and conditions—such as the lazy river, hot tubs, and overall resort maintenance—are handled by the resort itself. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially as returning guests, and we will be sure to pass your concerns along to resort management. We also take your comments about the cookware and bedding seriously. This is something directly within our control, and we will be reviewing and updating these items to ensure a more comfortable and well-equipped stay for future guests. Had we been aware during your visit, we would have gladly delivered additional blankets or addressed any concerns right away. Regarding the issues with smoking, we completely understand how this could impact your stay. The resort does have policies in place, but enforcement is handled by their security team. We will also relay this feedback to them, as it’s important for maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve.
