The Eagle's Nest is an oilfield building converted into a beautiful four bedroom house right on the river! A wonderful retreat if you are looking for a place to vacation or fish or hunt. Furnished in a log cabin style it is spacious and roomy with four bedrooms with queen beds and two and a half bathrooms. While all the views are nice, the upper level has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and river. Great for groups or large families. See you on the river!

The house is converted from a more industrial building so it is a little funky, but my friends and I like it and enjoy it. This is my second summer renting it. We particularly enjoy cooking on the outdoor fire pit enjoying the serenity by the river. Jerry is very responsive as well. 5 starships in

The house was great and had everything we needed. There was a firepit in the backyard (right on the river!) with plenty of firewood to use! We had a great time staying there.

We had a wonderful stay and would rate this property 4.5 out of 5 stars. The location, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, host communication, and overall availability were all excellent. The home is especially well suited for families and is very pet friendly. One of the standout features was the host’s outstanding communication—they were prompt, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The house is also surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone.One thing I’d mention to future guests is not to be put off by the exterior appearance. The inside is much more impressive than the outside suggests. The only minor issue was a slight odor when first entering the home, which appears to be related to the town’s sewage system rather than the property itself. It dissipated quickly and wasn’t an issue during our stay.The listing was very accurate, and the photos matched the home well. We would absolutely stay here again, especially when traveling with pets or small children, and would gladly recommend it to others.

Good location/nice place

We stayed at the Eagle's Nest while hunting in the area. We had 5 people in our group and the Eagle's Nest fit all our needs. I would stay there again. Communication with Jerry was quick and easy.

Perfect spot for a group of 4 fishermen. Roomy main area with 4 bedrooms and comfortable beds ! Highly recommend.

The only caveat I'd have would be the dishwasher, and it's lack of intuitive operation. Host is an excellent communicator. Fantastic water pressure for the shower! Inside is MUCH nicer than the outside. TV was great. We watched a few of the hockey and bb games. Shuttling ouR boats from the 8th st take out was super easy, too st the end of long days floating the river, catching GINORMOUS fish! We had a group of 12 all totaled, just had to bring plates from his other house to accommodate everyone. I'd easily recommend this place. And we try to go somewhere new every year to fish!

Wonderful place

We had 3 couples for a fishing trip. More than enough room for all of us. Plenty of living room seating. Excellent bathrooms. The fire pit in the yard with the river running in the background was awesome every evening. Will definitely come back to stay!

Thermopolis stop on the way to Cody

Wonderfully decorated remodel of office building. Beautiful view of river. Very accommodating host. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it and the town very much.

This was a very pleasant family to work with. They were respectful, friendly, followed all the rules, and left the house in great condition. I would love to have them back as guests again.

Fishing Trip

We needed a house to act as home base for our fishing trip on the Big Horn river. This property worked great. We had family travel from different parts of Wyoming to Thermopolis.
