We had a great time, in a phenomenal location, with the best of houses. The owner couldn’t have been more responsive with any type of question and was the ultimate host. The golf cart was worth its weight in gold and proved to be a major plus for our two week stay.

We loved this Bungalo! Great communication with the host, wonderfully equipped, clean and spacious! The neighborhood was quiet with lots of privacy! Love love love the amenities at The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. No better location in the Miramar Beach area. Very convenient to shopping and dining at The Grand Boulevard Sandestin.

Our family absolutely loved this cute little bungalow! It was perfect for us and our dog. The porch was our favorite feature since we spent most of our time there if we weren’t at the beach or pool. The house is stocked with everything you need, the beds were comfortable, and the location is great. We took the golf cart everywhere and didn’t use our car as much as we thought we would. We have stayed at Sandestin a couple times before, but this place will be our new spot. We actually prefer staying on the bayside now since it seems more family friendly and it has Baytowne Wharf up the street! Thank you for allowing us to book your property. We are already planning our next year trip!

We had a fabulous time at this gorgeous bungalow. The home was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing Thanksgiving week. The house was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were modern and super comfortable. The location was amazing. The Sandestin community has everything. It’s close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It also has tree-lined walking trails, tennis and golf. The new golf cart that came with the property made getting around a breeze. The host, Susie, was very accessible and welcoming. Overall…just a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this bungalow. We’ll be back!

My husband and I found Susie's home for an early 46th anniversary trip. We were so pleased with Susie's place! Beautiful decor, comfortable bed and lovely screened in porch . We also had so much fun riding on the golf cart to the beach and Baytowne Wharf! This was definitely one of our favorite trips and we hope to come back again next year ❣️

The resort is very friendly to navigate around with going to Tommy Bahamas for dinner the first night and outside the resort other nights. We had not been to Sandestin before. The rooms were very comfortable with beautiful decor in the house. We had two cars and entered security smoothly at different times two hours apart. The golf cart was very pleasant to see the resort and go the beach. The tunnel is the second entrance (one closer to the west). We enjoyed our stay and thank you for leaving condiments in the frig. Enjoyable for a Christmas week stay. Ps the book in the house is a wealth of good information/things to do.

Very clean, well decorated 3 bedroom bungalow situated in a quaint, tree lined neighborhood. Great place to walk our dog. We spent hours on the comfortable screened porch having coffee, reading and chatting. Property minutes away from beaches, shopping and state parks for hiking. Was a nice respite away from clamor of Destin and Panama City.

Absolutely loved the house. Where the house is located is a wonderful gated community. The house is just as described as well as pictures. Our family loved the golf cart that came with the rental. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our family. Loved that there were restaurants and shopping inside the resort. The private beach for Sandestin guests was also nice along with the swimming pool. If ever back in sandestin area we will rent this same home.

From beginning to end, our stay was a breeze. The owner was quick to respond to questions, directions to get to and into the house were easy, and the house itself is wonderful. We spent mornings on the screened in porch and enjoyed using the golf cart to get around the community (the location is close to restaurants and shopping). The house is clean, updated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I hope we will be able to return soon.

Best stay at Sandestin ever

We truly enjoyed our short stay, interrupted by hurricane Helene, at the spacious, beautifully appointed bungalow at Sandestin. We have rented several different condos in Sandestin and by far, this was the best. We loved the quiet, quaint neighborhood. The screen porch provided additional living space for our family. The only thing I would add is a tv on the screen porch. The 6 seat golf cart was an added extra. We will be back for sure! p.s. I think the tv in the master bedroom needs attention as we couldn't access any of the major stations, at a minimum.

Our first visit to Sandestin was truly delightful, and the area proved to be exceptionally beautiful. It was an ideal neighborhood for our family of five, including our fur babies. We thoroughly enjoyed using the golf cart daily throughout our stay. The pool facilities were excellent, and my husband and kids enjoyed some fishing around Sandestin. We were very fond of the Donut Hole and Stewby's Seafood. After this trip, Sandestin has become our favorite vacation spots. Regarding the bungalow itself, it was nice, and decorated well. However, we did encounter some issues with our daughter's bed linens on the first night, which required rewashing them at bedtime. The owner kindly provided an additional set of sheets the following day. We genuinely felt that the quality of all the beds and linens could have been improved. After the initial night, my husband and I had to swap beds with our daughter because the master bed caused him back pain. The sheets, in particular, were loose and rather thin. While the towels were of good quality, we wished there had been more bath sheet sized options available. Honestly, if the beds and linens had been of higher quality, we would have awarded the house a five-star rating.We did bring our dogs, and the house was quite suitable for them. Please note that you will need to walk them around the back of the house for their potty breaks, as there is no back door. This proved to be a bit challenging during rainy weather.
