Welcome to Big Blue #116, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! From the moment you cross the bridge onto Topsail Island you’ll notice Big Blue on the water ready to welcome you to the vacation of a lifetime! The grandest house on Topsail Island, Big Blue has it ALL and is your own private, mini-resort for your next blow out intergenerational family vacation, reunion, wedding, church retreat, corporate outing, or guys or girls trip! Featuring a private in-house full screen movie theater with stadium seating, pool table, two private salt water pools, multiple oceanfront decks with ample seating, built-in gas grill, and plenty of space to gather for meals and family time on the top floor! Another great feature of Big Blue is the elevator which stops at all floors and comes in handy for guests with mobility issues or for bringing in your luggage and groceries.

You will never run out of things to do at Big Blue. Located right on the ocean, you will have a private beach access right from the house down to the beautiful sandy beach of Topsail Island. After a fun day on the beach, clean up is easy with the outdoor shower. You can soak up the sun on one of the many decks or cool off with a dip in one of two salt water pools located on the oceanfront deck. If you need a break from the sun, you can enjoy a fun game of pool down in the game room or watch your favorite movie in the private, in-home movie theater with seating for 18! This main level theater/game room area is equipped with an additional refrigerator, wet bar, and half bathroom.

This home has 10 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and TV. Eight of the ten bedrooms feature a king-sized bed. One bedroom has four twin bunkbeds that can sleep 8 comfortably, and the other bedroom has one twin bunk bed and a twin bed with twin trundle underneath which sleeps a total of 4! The middle floor features 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and the top floor has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as a massive kitchen and living room. The kitchen features a huge island, double ovens, large refrigerator, two coffee pots (a Keurig and a drip coffee pot), beverage fridge, and ice maker! Everyone can enjoy meals together with ample room for seating at the island or the two large tables in the dining area. This floor also has a comfortable family room with multiple large sofas, huge TV, and fireplace. Big Blue is located in the heart of Surf City, so you are within walking distance to the Surf City Pier and many local restaurants, coffee houses, bars, and gift shops. There is absolutely something for everyone at this spectacular mini-resort!

This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

Please note: Special Events are allowed, please contact Landmark Vacation Rentals to inquire about a special event and pricing. Guests may park up to 3 vehicles in the spacious 3-car garage and the driveway can accommodate 3 more vehicles. We're sorry, but pets are not allowed at this home. Smoking is also prohibited inside. There is no landline telephone in this home. This home is equipped with a keyless door lock and guests will be emailed and texted their unique door code prior to their check-in.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. The 8 king beds will be made upon your arrival and sheets will be placed on the twin beds but not made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!
