Come to the Finger Lakes and wander the Hills in search of wineries and a whole variety of outdoor activities.

We have over 20 acres, with a whole host of outdoor games for your family entertainment. Try corn hole, disc golf and even ping pong, in addition to croquet, tether ball and bocce ball and badminton. Fun for the whole family!

Rent is $550 a weekend or any two nights and $1600 per week.

Lovely private 3 bdrm Guest House -- the third bedroom is a separate area with pullout couch-- located in South Bristol. 20 acres to walk about with three ponds, grapevines, view of Canandaigua Lake. Beautiful patio to relax on and cookout.

Arbor Hill Winery and Brews and Brats is around the corner and Bristol Harbour and Bristol Mountain just a short distance away. Great start and ending point after touring the wineries in the Finger Lakes.

There are 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a set of bunks and the third with a pullout queen couch (1/2 bath is located off this room.) There are 1 1/2 baths. Kitchen has seating for 6-8. Linens and towels are provided. Washer and Dryer. Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

We ask that the place is left as you found it and please strip beds you use. Thanks for looking!

From the pristine lakes, gorgeous waterfalls, and magnificent parks to the charming villages, one-of-a-kind museums, and unique shopping opportunities, the Finger Lakes has something for everyone to enjoy in all four seasons of the year.'

You'll never have trouble finding activities and attractions in the Finger Lakes. Known as the Outdoor Lover's Paradise, there are unlimited recreational opportunities for the entire family. There are many antique stores, art galleries and theaters; and of course you can always visit one of the Finger Lakes region's famous wineries and a must try --- Grape Pie --- especially just a short distance down the road on Rt 21S at Monica's Pies. She also makes many other delicious pies and also a great chicken pot pie.

Come the last weekend of September for the Naples Grape Festival.

This property is in the perfect location. Not in the middle of the touristy places, but not so far removed from things either. The settings is beautiful, and the home is a perfect home away from home.

We enjoyed a great two-week stay here. The property was generally great for children (9, 4, and 2), with great areas to explore. Ponds, the vineyard, and the fields. A kiddie pool was a special highlight on hot days. Do yourself a favor and walk to Brews and Brats one evening for dinner – outstanding.

Such a lovely property. The outdoor space is so peaceful with the pond, dock, picnic area, and well maintained land. The lodging is comfortable with all you would need. Truly a home away from home.

This place was great! When we first got there, we were super confused about where we were even though the host gave us a diagram. It was in a remodeled garage/barn. Once we walked in we were very pleased with the coziness, cleanliness, and accommodations! Then we discovered the sliding door!!!! NOW! This was amazing! The dogs (one with a recent brain surgery) LOVED all the walks and the calm. We loved the area around. It was wonderful! Only feedback:1. The air conditioners were a little musty. But a little Lysol and all was better.2. My husband and I have not shared a queen bed in many years as we enjoy a king at home. The bed was super comfortable, but he was a bit too close. Definitely recommend for people with dogs, who want quiet, and want access to Naples and Canandaigua!

We loved our stay at Jim's South Bristol Guest House! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Normally when we stay at a VRBO we make a plan to go off somewhere during the day such as a hike. But this property is so beautiful that we decided to stay there the entire time.

Thank you! We, too, love the beauty and also the totally relaxing feel to our property. Stress just falls away whenever we are here. We so enjoy sitting on the patio in the morning having our coffee or in the evening having a fire. Also, sitting by the pond with a glass of wine and book in the afternoon. Sometimes, we even go sit at the top of the hill with our coffee and enjoy the views. We hope you will come back!

Peaceful getaway with friends

As soon as my friends and I entered the house, we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay, this is it! The property grounds were gorgeous and there was plenty of it to explore. Needless to say, we had a great time!

Gorgeous retreat

We had a perfect family weekend. All amenities are provided and the place is beyond beautiful!! We relaxed by the ponds and enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. We explored Naples and had ice cream at Lynnie Lou's and did a short hike at Grimes Glen.

Relaxing getaway

The property was very comfortable. The host was fortunately easy to get ahold of since we accidentally locked ourselves out without our key! For anyone who stays, make sure you keep key with you. The bed was very comfortable. The property was beautiful.

Nice space !

Nice little guest house! Loved the patio as well and the large yard to walk the dog. It was pretty well stocked with most things that we needed for our two day get away. Just brought food and some other small necessities. Very close to areas to hike, and arbor hill winery.
