Santosha is a beautiful vacation home located a block from the Pelican Brewing Company and Cape Kiwanda beach! Sneak away for a quiet retreat on the coast. Soak in the large hot tub, cozy up next to the stone gas fireplace, play a round of pool and foosball, or enjoy the fabulous patios with an outdoor fireplace, patio furniture. With over 5,000 square feet, three stories, and five bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Come see what adventures await you at Santosha!

Santosha House has a full view of the ocean and Haystack Rock from the top floor. The house is located one block east of the beach and is less than a five-minute walk to the sand. The top-level of this home features a large game room with a new sectional sofa, Foosball, and a billiard tables as well as a large flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. The large bar has plenty of room to mix up your favorite cocktails. Santosha House has five large bedrooms spread out among three stories. On the bottom floor are two guest bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. On the main floor is the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. On the top floor, there are two additional guest bedrooms, two twin-size beds in one and bunk beds and an additional queen bed in the other. Altogether, Santosha can comfortably accommodate sleeping for 12 people!

Shred the Coast! Just minutes away, the Pacific City Skatepark offers world-class fun for all ages. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes!

Family Fun

We had family visiting from out of state. The house was a great location right near all the activities. We loved the house with all the rooms and amenities. Would totally recommend this home for your vacation to Pacific City.

House was perfect for our family gathering. Was disappointed that the hot tub was broken, seems to be a common theme with our VRBO rentals as of late. Host was accommodating.

Oregon coast adventure

The property is in the perfect place. The closeness to the beach was amazing and the view! It is a small little town so stock up before. There is a small grocery store that has the essentials and some really great restaurants. It was great for our family ranging from 55 to 1 year old . It is a great middle point if you want to travel both north and south on the coast. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay!

Santosha was lovely for a big group our size! The kitchen was extremely well equipped for our culinaries which was so nice at a vacation stay. The upper game floor with beautiful views of the Pacific City coast were a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a big group who is into chill and game times. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants around the house, and we loved Pacific City town proper.

Best family stay!

We loved our stay here. This house was the best family stay we have had so far. The various levels were very helpful with kids and they didn’t want to leave the game room! House updated and very clean and nice. Location fantastic.

Great places for large groups

We were lucky to snatch this rental at the last minute when the weather forecast made camping look miserable. We have 4 families of all ages stay and there was plenty of room and really appreciated 3 full bathrooms and a laundry room. Had trouble with the fridge staying cold enough-management might want to look into that.

Birthday getaway

The property was clean and in excellent shape in general. Additionally, it is very close to multiple restaurants, a coffee shop, and beach access. The upstairs area was great for the kids to run around and burn off some energy. The house handled our large group well (4 couples and 4 very young kids). Only minor complaint was that checkin was late (5 pm). We called to ask for an earlier checkin as it was a couple hour drive to get there and had very young kids with us. They told us they would do the best they can to make it earlier but couldn't promise anything. The day of, we got a text at 4pm that the house was ready which was appreciated.

Wonderful family retreat!

Easy socially distanced check-in. Responsive property management over Christmas vacation. Three levels of living allowed for family time and well as relaxation the view from the top deck was gorgeous. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after each day of hiking the dunes. Would love to bring our family to stay here again!

Thanksgiving getaway with Friends

This was one of the best experience I have had so far. The house was perfect for us, super clean, spacious, superb location. Rooms had adequate beds to accommodate 10 and had space for more. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location -- good for a large family!

The home was nice and was so close to the beach and dining options -- we loved being able to walk everywhere. The beach there at Pacific City was fantastic -- we were there for hours every day. Nice home with lots of beds for our big family!

Pacific City

The house was great. Very well done layout inside. It was nice to have the hot tub and fire pit right outside with a small bit of green space (that was a favorite spot for a few deer and bunnies). We were originally looking for a location with walkability to restaurants, stores, shopping, and the beach and this property has it. Though times have changed with COVID and we didn't utilize that walkability like we were planning. It is on the main street in town which turned out to be a bit of a draw back on a holiday weekend (4th of July - though the view for fireworks was great). The other negatives - no real good way to access the hot tub except through the bottom floor bedrooms or walking out the front door and around the house, the sheets were of a lower quality which is slightly disappointing for a house in this price range, the the headrests in the hot tub flake so there is a bunch of black specks floating around. So, all in all, it is a very nice house and the property management company was a dream to work with.
