Situated on a farm that was settled in 1717 and once owned by a signer of The Declaration of Independence, this historic 1880 home has been completely designer-remodeled to offer the utmost in modern comfort while preserving its charming rustic character.

This home is an exclusive adult retreat, so take some time to unwind as you walk the grounds and explore the original farmstead's structures. Or take advantage of our close proximity to the shopping, entertainment and nightlife that Lancaster has to offer.
