Beautiful condo and location

Everything about this condo was superb! It was super clean and had every amenity needed to make our stay comfortable. Holly was responsive and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier, due to how early we arrived to the island. We had a fantastic time and were sad to leave.

The view was amazing. We had coffee every morning on the lanai and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Excellent stay!

Holly, the property manager’s attention to detail is the best of any vacation rental we have ever stayed. The property was clean, and the overall decor and comfort of the unit was excellent. The views from the balcony are amazing and the sunsets second to none. We enjoyed eating our meals outside to take in the view while often being entertained by the performing humpbacks at sea. I highly recommend this property.

Beachfront penthouse

Second time staying in Kona Bali Kai. Love this complex. Covered parking, elevator, pool with plenty of chairs. This condo ia different being all wood, very well kept. Perfect view from them Lanai to watch the surfers and see turtles. AC and fans help alot in the summer heat of the day.

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great place to stay! We opened the door and everything was exactly as it was in the pictures and so much more. The quality of the appliances (quiet!) and all of the cookware and dishes and even the fixtures could not be conveyed in the photos, and the view of the tide pools and sounds of the ocean can not be described with justice. And we saw a sea turtle in the tide pool our very first morning! It is just outside the main tourist area so is so quiet at night, except for the waves! Would definitely stay here if we ever return to The Big Island!

A dream of a place!

This condo is perfect. Updated, high quality furnishings, beautiful! Holly has thought of everything that anyone could need here. The view from this condo is perfect. We loved watching surfers, spinner dolphins, turtles - and listening to and watching the ocean. We felt like this was our own private oasis. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

This condo was just perfect! It is clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need. The furniture on the lanai and inside is all very comfortable. The keyless entry door is hassle-free. An earlier review mentioned the property being "run-down" and it is an older property but is very well maintained and once you are inside nothing else matters. You can watch the turtles and surfers from the beach all day if you choose. Holly is great to work with. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Superior quality luxury oceanfront apartment

I have vacationed in Kona countless times and this is certainly the most beautiful and luxurious apartment I have ever stayed in. Classy wood environment, quality furniture, very nice, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, except for the colander, which as an Italian lover of pasta I could not fail to notice. The presence of a powerful and silent air conditioner is very welcome even if its use was not essential during the night with the window open. The ocean view was breathtaking from both the living room and bedroom. Very large lanai, also with solid and quality wood furnishings. The only small note, which however does not affect the excellent global opinion, is the absence of a beach umbrella among the available accessories and the low quality of the beach chairs. Highly recommended for those looking for an apartment of above average quality.

This is not your typical condo for rent. Everything about it is well-appointed, simply perfect: the location; the balcony; the size; and everything you will ever need is supplied, like beach stuff. No expense was spared in preparing this unit for guests, and Holly stays on top of the business and communications.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel like a true home away from home. The highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the lanai, absolutely perfect for starting each morning with a cup of coffee while gazing out at the ocean. It was the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Perfect for 2!

Location was fantastic! In between a couple of beaches and close to marketplace. Loved time on the deck, watching surfers and listening to the crashing waves. Fun tidepool in front to explore and had a turtle visit frequently. There were a couple of sketchy characters hanging out, but they didn’t seem to bother anyone. The only real complaint I had was not enough closet space. Plenty of drawers, but no closet other than in the bathroom. Bathroom is also very small, not a lot of room for my numerous toiletries. Has chairs, umbrella, boogie board for use. Lots of towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Pool is cold and not a ton of chairs. Having Da Poké Shack in the building was a great plus! Everything was as described in the listing and Holly was quick to respond when I had a question about the dishwasher. Overall great stay!

Family Christmas trip

Beautiful island stay. Fourth time we stayed in the one bed unit. First time in the two bed. Very clean and neat. Furniture on balcony was very comfortable

Kona Oceanfront Condo

Condo was great, in a central location with easy access out to get around the island. Modern updates created a warm place to chill when not running around doing activities. And view from the lenai was incredible. Holly was very good at communicating with us on all issues.

Best part of the trip

It says a lot when ypu ask your wifr after 9 nights in Hawaii, What was your favorite two things. Condo and Manta Ray snorkeling. I thought about it and realized that lanai was used every morning for coffee, every evening for cocktails and every meal too. Absorb loved the place.

Lovely big island home-base.

Well maintained and well appointed property. As described and more -we are so glad we chose this property for our stay. (Long search and great find) Awesome views with amazing sunsets. Kind and helpful property manager. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Loved it!

It was everything as advertised, Very well stocked with everything you needed. Just when I thought I wished they had something I found it! Great location to everything and what a view. Can’t get enough of those sunsets. We will be back, hope this great review doesn’t screw it up for us.

Great ocean front location

This condo has beautiful ocean front view, and the best surfing spot of Big Island is right next to it. The best poke shop (Da poke shack) is located within the condo complex. There is a beautiful historical church (Livingstone) next door, where you can join their worship services on Sundays in open air, with sea breeze and sometimes dolphin sighting. There is a farmer stand between the condo complex and the church on weekends, which brings fresh produce shopping to walking distance. This a wonderful place to stay on Big Island:)
