Home Town Takeover Downtown Stay!- Views of the Postcard Mural

Clean, comfy, and centrally located in Downtown Sebring- home to HGTV's Home Town Takeover Season 3. Watch people take group shots and selfies at the Postcard Mural right from your window or the private balcony. When you aren't inside enjoying the studio, be only steps away from their recent community murals, visit our neighbor across the road-Sophie's Cafe, see the projects, games on the Circle, and facade facelifts of our beautiful downtown area. Downtown is the heart of a community and thanks to them, we are thriving again. This is all just steps away from your fully equipped stay at Audrey's Place. The decor features pinks, teals, and floral prints which reflect the sunsets and sky of Florida. I hope that you enjoy this fun space for your special getaway. Fast Wi-Fi, private outside balcony, a full kitchen, onsite washer/dryer (is shared with another apartment), and futon allows for additional guest. Enjoy your stay!
Located right on the circle, you have easy to the Sebring International Raceway, local coffee shops, bars, & festivals, local hospitals, shopping, entertainment, family fun spots, and state parks.

Please note that per VRBO rules we must disclose secuirty cameras. There are two on the exterior of the property (downstairs is a commercial space). One camera is on the parking lot and the second is on the lower deck and the door going to the commercial downstairs space. They are not actively monitored.

Really sweet studio! The covered deck was a relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee. Spotless accommodations. The shops and restaurants were around the corner. Our host was extremely attentive. Your stay will be enjoyable!! We will certainly keep this studio on our favorites list when traveling to Sebring.

Great little apartment to stay right next to the circle. My wife and I were in town to exhibit our art work at the Sebring Art and Craft Festival and the place was very convenient for us since the show was right on the circle. Audrey was very accommodating to all our requests and even offered for us to stay parked at the room all day while we were at the show even though we had already checked out. We would like to come back for vacation to more thoroughly enjoy the room, the city and places to see.

Hello, I am Audrey and I love traveling and historic buildings. I hope that my love of these two things will help to make your stay in The Zachary building comfortable and enjoyable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Clean, fun, and comfy! Downtown Sebring is the historic part of Sebring and this building, officially known as The Zachary, is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings and is one of the original buildings on the Circle. The neighborhood itself tends to be full of people and is the heart of the ammernitites. Sophie's Cafe can be seen (and often smelled) from the private balcony . People enjoy taking selfies and group photos at the Postcard Mural, walking to the various shops, cigar bar, wine bar, and restaurants. Circle Park offers a community ping pong table, cornhole, shaded seating, and fun music.
