Upon entry to Red Barn Roost, you are greeted by a beautiful stained glass door and an inviting dining area that seats six. A gorgeous fully stocked kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops awaits for you to cook your favorite home-cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers.

Enjoy game night with a variety of board games available for your groups entertainment or catch a movie in the stylish and comfortable living room located just off of the kitchen. Board games are located in the entertainment stand and a smart TV is available for streaming your favorite shows. Just off of the living room area, a back patio awaits for enjoying cocktail hour in the excitement of a downtown atmosphere.

Red Barn Roost is sure to wow you with its charming décor, modern touches, great back patio area with grill and amazing master balcony. With the contemporary and spacious main level living areas and the three bedrooms on the second level, you will have the needed privacy from your group members to provide a comfortable and harmonious living situation. The master retreat on the second level is furnished with a king bed and an ensuite with luxurious jetted tub and large walk in closet.

A spacious balcony is located off of the master, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. You will find two other nicely decorated bedrooms on the second level furnished with queen beds. A full bathroom is available in the hall with close access for the queen bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens.

Washer and dryer are available with soap and softener.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown adjacent location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping within walking distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is just a few minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Loveland is a sculpture mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Enjoy a stroll through world renown Benson Sculpture Garden, with hundreds of sculptures surrounded by lush lawns, beautiful gardens and water features. On the eastern side of town near The Promenade Shops at Centerra, you will find Chapungu Sculpture Park. This wonderful sculpture park has meandering trails adorned with monumental stone sculptures from Zimbabwean artists spread throughout 26 acres. Loveland is a sculpting mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Towards the beginning of August, Loveland welcomes art enthusiasts from afar to show their pieces at Sculpture in the Park, a nearly 40 year running event that is truly a must see.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Fort Collins is an amazing spot to visit during your stay at The Downtown Red House on Garfield!
