Excellent communication with the host, u it was exactly as described. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this particular resort and you can’t beat the view and area. Central to everything in Destin and right on the beach! Would 100% recommend staying with Tony and Melissa!

We had an amazing vacation here. The condo is perfectly located and also has a smaller more residential feel to it. The chairs and umbrellas included made it VERY convenient!

We were very happy with our stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful, updated, very clean, and the direct view of the beach was amazing. Tony kept in continual contact with us from the time we booked and all through our stay to make sure everything went well. Would highly recommend staying here!

This condo was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views from the bedroom, living room, and balcony! The hosts (Tony & Melissa) were extremely kind and quick when it came to communicating. They made the check in/check out process super easy. They even left us a welcome basket! We enjoyed being able to relax with the chairs that were provided by the hosts. They were set up daily for us from sunrise to 5pm. If I had to nitpick anything, it would be that the dishes needed a little more attention! But it was nothing that was going to put a damper on my mood, I truly believe there are no bad days on the beach! I’ll also add that the washer/dryer combo inside the unit was a huge plus for us!

Condo was lovely and hosts were very nice. The beach/water is beautiful. Unfortunately we had double red flag days and that was a bummer. Destin area is nice. As a whole, we can’t really complain.

This is our second time staying in this unit and we appreciated all the updates since our initial visit. It makes such a difference having the owners oversee the space. They checked in multiple times to ensure we had what we needed. Check in was seamless. Walmart is nearby and there are plenty of great restaurants. Some of our favorites are McGuires Irish Pub, Mimmos Italian, and Back Porch.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues in the beginning with the TV not working and the patio table/chairs being dirty but Tony was great and jumped right on getting them fixed and clean. His cleaning service was very kind as well. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous views on the Emerald Coast!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice location with easy access to the beach. The beach service is amazing and so convenient. The view is gorgeous. We liked that the parking lot was gated so we could leave our cooler right in the back of the truck. Overall, very nice stay at this location.

The owners of the condo were very attentive and made accessing the property and the condo a breeze. Once inside the condo. It doesn’t take long to see where your money has gone to. The view is terrific! The rooms super clean and everything a family might need to make their stay comfortable is already provided.HINT: Be sure to take advantage of the beech chairs (also provided by owners). Also for the best night sleep ever, Open the sliding glass doors at night for the relaxing sounds of waves hitting the beech.

Melissa and I have been married for 32 wonderful years and we have 3 awesome daughters- Rachel (28 years old), Abby (27 years old) and Sara (23 years old).
Rachel is a nurse at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN and is working on her Nurse Practitioner’s License at Vanderbilt; Abby has her Master’s Degree from Clemson University and currently works in Clemson’s Student Ethics and Conduct, Student Affairs; and Sara is graduating from Indiana State University in Elementary and Special Education.

As a family we have been coming to Destin, Florida for over 20 years and we absolutely love it. The white sand beaches and crystal clear water are amazing. We really enjoy hanging out on the beach and walking to the Back Porch for an occasional beach drink and after spending time on the beach. The Back Porch is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch or dinner. We also love to spend the day at Crab Island, Harbor Walk, Harbor Town, and Destin Commons to name a few. Other restaurants we enjoy going to include- LuLu’s, Boshamps, Fintail, Crab Trap, and AJs.
