We offer all the amenities of home, plus endless entertainment options and we are right off The MLK (270) Bypass in Hot Springs. Close to everything yet nestled on Lake Hamilton. Five minutes from Oaklawn Park, Shopping, and Magic Springs! Your right around the corner or down the lake from Bubba's Brews, Fisherman's Warf, Back Porch Grill & Steakhouse, downtown and More!

We are in a deep cove that is right off the main channel to offer some serenity, yet close to all the amenities and lake activities. There are rental locations close for boats and kayaks. Swim in the lake and enjoy the water, or fish off the dock. We have a beautiful pool that overlooks the lake that stays open year around. There is a perfect area to walk next to the lake and a nice yard by the water for backyard activities lakeside! Enjoy water skiing, wake boarding, tubing, or just relaxing with the family.

This house has 3 stories. BRAND NEW Gamer room with multiple XBOX systems and a Golf Simulator Game! There is also a large game room with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, Wi-Fi and much more! Watch a movie on the BIG SCREEN in our theater room! Or relax on one of the 2 HUGE decks, or in the HOT TUB!.

Take a 5 minute trip to Oaklawn Park for a day of live or simulcast horse racing and casino play. The new casino has slot machines, blackjack, Texas Hold'em, 5 card poker, and more. Oaklawn also has a new sports bar with sports simulator and plenty of amazing dining options. Spend a day at the Jockey Club or sitting on the infield with a Reuben and cold beer. Great restaurants and plenty of nightlife nearby make this location perfect for a quiet get away or weekend of fun and excitement.

Within minutes you can visit Garvan Gardens, or the historic downtown bathhouse row. This breathtaking part of town offers spa's, art galleries, historic land marks and more. Or take the family to visit Magic Springs Amusement Park & Crystal Falls Water Park. There is also Mid-America Science Museum, and several go cart tracks. This was an amazing property. The perfect place to take your young adult children and friends for a staycation. You don’t need to leave the house to keep everyone entertained. I booked this home so all family members could be together. My mother passed away and the home was close to the church where the memorial was held. Enough bedrooms and ample space for everyone. Home was lovely and clean which is important. Family member ages from 6 to 80. Pool, lake, hot tub, game room provided all types of entertainment for all ages. Charity was excellent to communicate with. We are discussing booking the home for a one year memorial for our mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

This property was everything we needed and could have hoped for! We had 12 adults and 5 kids ages ranging from 3-15 and this house had more than enough to keep everyone comfortable and entertained! Swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the theatre room or play video games, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, it had so much lounge space all over! We have rented this house multiple times in the last 13 years. Every time we come there are upgrades, updates and new features. The addition of the gaming room and swimming pool was the icing on the cake. Charity is absolutely the best hostess. Our family of 15 has plenty of space to enjoy our time together. Highly recommend!

We chose this location because of the lot. There is a level walk to the water no stairs. The water is deep enough for any boat yet perfect for fishing! Plus we love the privacy and the closeness to all the hot spots and entertainment Hot Springs has to offer.
