Welcome to Ocean Reef Unit 1903, an elegant and stunning beach-front condo that's perfect for a memorable vacation that'll last a lifetime! If you're looking for an upscale, coastal, vacation rental then stop looking. This is the one!
Our unique design and floor plan provides a spacious layout that includes comfortable furnishings, romantic faux fireplace, dining set for two with a view, large breakfast bar with seating for four, and fabulous balcony furniture for everyone. Guests spend hours on our balcony with room for everyone. The balcony includes nice, composite furnishings and side tables for viewing the beautiful emerald coast. Enjoy drinks, read a book, sunbathe or take a nap. It's the place to be.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those that enjoy preparing meals and includes stainless appliances. Kitchen includes refrigerator with in-door, filtered, water and ice dispenser, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and sink garbage disposal. A convenient, separate laundry room with washer/dryer is also included.
The master bedroom adjoins the balcony and includes wonderful gulf views! Sleep to the sound of the waves. A private master bathroom includes double vanity and combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom includes one queen bed and one twin. Private access to the guest bathroom is included. The guest bath includes a combination shower/tub and single vanity.
Ocean Reef features 330 feet of linear beach, heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi/hot tub, steam room, sauna, and cardio fitness room. The pools are heated as needed to provide comfortable swimming and fun.
Ocean Reef is conveniently located. Beach-Front Restaurants, Mini-Golf, Go-Cart Track, Coffee and Donut Shop, and Gift Shops are all easily within walking distance of the building.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 5 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
