Tropic Winds Unit 2105 ofrece estacionamiento dedicado para hasta 2 autos. Sin búsquedas, y puede pasar más tiempo libre de estrés disfrutando de sus vacaciones.

Reserve su estadía en este impresionante condominio de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, piso 21, frente al Golfo. Si te encantan las vistas a la playa y la costa, la arena blanca como la nieve, las aguas color esmeralda y los grandes balcones, ¡esta es tu propiedad! ¡Deja tus preocupaciones atrás! ¡Quítate los zapatos y deja que el agua y la arena rodeen tus pies en WINDS TROPICOS!

Cuando entras por primera vez, notarás de inmediato el plano de planta abierto junto con las impresionantes vistas de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo. Te encantarán los pisos de baldosas en todas las habitaciones (y no hay alfombras sucias para tratar). La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Esta cocina ha sido completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos pequeños y grandes que encontrará en la comodidad de su hogar.

El comedor tiene una hermosa mesa de madera con capacidad para seis con cuatro sillas y un banco. Hay más asientos con tres taburetes en el mostrador. Este es el lugar perfecto para esas cenas con familiares y amigos.

La sala de estar tiene una vista directa de las aguas del Golfo. También se acomoda con un sofá cama, sillones, iluminación, cortinas, TV de pantalla plana grande, reproductor de DVD y más.

La suite principal con azulejos está equipada con una cama king size, ropa de cama de lujo y TV. Hay una gran puerta corrediza de vidrio que ofrece una vista del agua y se abre al balcón. Puede abrir la puerta del balcón y escuchar el suave golpe de las olas mientras se queda dormido. El baño principal privado tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha, lavabo individual y tocador con mucho espacio de almacenamiento.

El dormitorio de invitados con azulejos incluye una cama king size con lujosas sábanas y una hermosa decoración. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana para su disfrute. El gran baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha, tocador con lavabo simple y estanterías.

El balcón privado es uno de los más grandes que encontrará en la zona. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House needed some cleaning dishwasher didn’t work properly had to hand wash dishes including ones in the cabinet. Pool has no heat really cold says no pets but dogs around a lot even have a dog area but I would have brought mine if I knew. Ice maker really loud If pool heater worked I’d definitely come back though it’s just little things they need to know to help them out. Gretchen isn’t their so she don’t know

GA Peach crosses FL line

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautifully situated on an awesome stretch of beach in a quiet are of Panama City. Yet it is still close enough to get to restaurants and activities. The dishwasher was not working so we hand washed dishes all week which was not fun. But in all fairness, we did report it and they offered to come take a look. However, we did not want to spend our time waiting on a repair person. We wanted to be on the beach. The lights in the laundry room were not working. We did not report that until we left. The unit could have been cleaner. The furnishings are outdated and need to be refreshed. I want to give a kudos to the young men that handle the beach chairs. They are amazing. The unit did come with 2 chairs which was awesome.

Love Tropic Winds! Great location out of the super busy area of Front Beach Rd, plenty of beach room, extra space in the rooms for everyone’s things, very clean, and just overall a great spot. We’ll definitely book here again!

Tropic Wind Unit 2105

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will never stay at Tropic Winds again. The parking is awful & only 6 handicap spaces for a 23 floors. During our stay when handicap wasn’t available we parked in our assigned space, made sure we were in the line as we were in a large 4 door truck & yet we still received a parking volilation The beach service is ridiculous. We had other friends staying at TW that purchased a set of chairs next to us. When they went in for the day they told us we could us their chairs. After all they did pay $50 a day for the chairs. We were told the owner didn’t allow that:((The unit needs new mattresses, updated TVs, new kitchen appliances, new patio furniture & fresh paint throughout the condo. The floors we steamed mopped the day we checked in but our feet was still blk after walking on the floor. We stayed in this unit for 9 days so the unit would be okay for some peoples standards if the price for the condo was more inline with the above issues. The pictures definitely compliment this unit. The property manger was easy to work with & did forward all issues on to the owner.

Actual Peace

Clean, beautiful and quiet. We were pleased with this location Immediately. Check in and out was a breeze with the app for this location. We were short on arm bands and the parking pass was not present on arrival. One quick call and this was corrected in minutes. Very friendly employees eager to make our stay a pleasure. I found this location very family friendly compared to locations farther down the beach. You are far enough away with this condo to avoid the nonsense and close enough that a short drive gets you to all the attractions, restaurants, ect.

Love the west end of PCB! Our room and property was very nice.

This rental group, Greta's properties, always easy to work with. Only had to call once and they answered right away. We have now used them twice and plan to continue.

Relaxing time

I highly recommended this apartment. The views worth every penny. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We download the app and follow the advise in restaurants, it help a lot. Only miss one sample of laundry detergent. Good overall experience, we'll be back!

Exactly as advertised.

Wonderful place. Well stocked with an amazing view and ultra convenient for beach access. Bed was very comfortable with a great napping couch when one of us may have gotten a little too much sun (me) and needed a snooze. The decor was refreshing. You knew you were at the beach but thankfully, (and wonderful job to the owners) it wasn't the typical, tacky beach and seashell stuff everywhere. It was decorated like a tasteful home and not some "in your face" beach house cliche. The only caveat I would say, and this is no fault of the owner or property and nothing they can do about this, is be aware if you are driving a large vehicle. We had a small to mid-size SUV and we were fine. But if one is driving a large vehicle like a Range Rover or even larger Suburban or Tahoe you'll likely want to arrive early and park in one of the non-reserved parking spaces on top of the underground garage. The designated spot in said underground garage would be a difficult task to park. But again, no fault of the owners of the property or anything they could do. It's just a tighter squeeze. Overall spectacular. Couldn't have been better.

Nice,but

The condo was very nice and well maintained, but two of the elevators for the complex were down which made for a lengthy wait to and from the beach. Rumors about when to expect a fix were rampant as well as reasons for breakdown. Greta Rentals and owner offered to refund money and find another place to stay, which would have necessitated a pack up and move to an unknown property. We decided to stay. Elevator Two was fixed on the day we left.

We visited with family here and had a great stay.

The property was amazing and mainly the balcony views are breathtaking. Its very close to the beach and we loved our stay. The checking process was very easy and property is very clean. Overall its beyond our expectations and we will definitely come back again :)
