Perfect for golf excursions, family trips or just a relaxing weekend away. This condo location is convenient for both golf and beach enthusiasts looking for a relaxing vacation in a resort setting. Pack lightly-beach gear including towels, chairs, a beach cart and umbrella are available at the condo!
**New for 2025-all renters will now have free access to owners amenities which includes two outdoor pools and fitness center.

Condo-1300 sq feet, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 7). All linens including bath & beach towels are included.

Why stay at a condo when you can stay at a RESORT. Sea Trail Golf Resort and Spa is one of the premiere resorts in the area. Sea Trail is ONE MILE from the beach--a drive of less than five minutes door to door. Beautiful and peaceful views of the pond and evening sunset!

The space
Like new third floor (no elevator) and very nice condo located at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, NC. 3 Championship golf courses located at the resort.

There are two large bedrooms-one Master with King bed (comfy mattress) and full private bath and second with full over full bunk and full bed. For infant/toddlers---our condo has a baby gate. Second additional living area with wet bar, mini fridge and sleeper sofa.

All the amenities of home with a full, well stocked kitchen, two separate living areas and a washer and dryer.

There are 4 flat panel televisions with a large screen in the living room, WIFI, YouTube TV (for local/cable channels) and a Nintendo 64 for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment. The condo has beautiful vinyl plank wood-grain flooring and cozy furniture throughout! There are ceiling fans in every room and central heat & air allowing for any level of comfort. The condo has laundry with a full-sized washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a large screened porch for outside seating to enjoy the coastal wildlife and scenic course views. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator, range, crock-pot, instant-pot and blender. The master bedroom is located in the front of the condo floor plan adjacent to the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a private entry includes an additional living area with queen pullout sofa (new). This living area includes a sink and small refrigerator.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed Sunset Beach. Michelle was a great host and super quick to respond. The condo was spotless top to bottom! The condo is fabulous - clean and bright, and a very close drive to the beach. The layout is perfect for a family, especially one with teens. The second living area gave them their own hangout space and my son was asking if we could buy the unit. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

The condo was lovely and well appointed. 5-star rating! The grounds and pool were beautiful and the sunsets from the screened in porch were spectacular. Would highly recommend it to anybody. It was close to the bridge leading into Sunset Beach. Owners were very responsive throughout our stay.

Clean! Spacious! Great Location!

The condo was just as pictured. We stayed here for a softball tournament. There was an extra family room which provided a little escape for the kids. The condo was very clean, in a super safe area and well appointed. Less than a 5 minute drive to Sunset Beach. Close to restaurants and shops, grocery store, and the Ocean Isle Beach Park Sports complex. Easy drive to Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle too.

Golf weekend

My wife and I really enjoyed our long weekend here. The close proximity to so many golf courses was ideal for me and my wife enjoyed how close the beach was for her morning walks. The screened in porch overlooking the 18th hole was a great place for our evening cocktails! Overall, a great stay and the condo was clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the host giving us recommendations for local restaurants and will definitely plan to stay again.

Great place to stay!

The condo was beautiful, clean and exactly what we needed for our family. The host, Michelle, left us a copy of a Nicholas Sparks book that was written about Sunset Beach with a handwritten note and it was the sweetest touch. When I reached out to Michelle she was very prompt in her response. It is located in a great neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to vacation.

Wonderful condo to stay in

My family and I traveled to North Myrtle for my daughters softball tournament and stayed in this lovely condo. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any and all questions I had. The condo was spacious and very very clean! They had games and board games for adults and kids that we all enjoyed in the evenings the pool was not far away and the beach was just a very short drive from condo! I cannot recommend this condo enough! We will absolutely be asking to stay here again!

A perfect getaway

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The condo was very clean and welcoming and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. My husband and I really prefer a king bed so that was a perk! My boys loved having their own “hangout” room so they could watch tv or play video games while my husband and I could watch our own show in the other room. Quick and easy drive to the beach. We already booked a week for this summer. The host was super attentive and you can tell they value their guests.

A Great Time!!!

Excellent accommodations for beach or golf. Although not directly at the beach, there was easy access just over the bridge. The golf course conditions needed work but it does appear that is happening. Access to the Maples pool is a bonus! We had easy communication and follow up with the host. She answered our questions and offered suggestions. Overall, we had a comfortable and quality stay at Sunset Beach.

Great Beach and Golf Condo

Our recent stay at “Coastal Retreat” was outstanding. The condo was exactly or even better than advertised. It was super clean and very nicely decorated with a coastal beach vibe. Our favorite area was the screened porch. The views of the golf course are beautiful. The wildlife is abundant in the area. We sat out there every evening we were there. Sunsets were incredible too. The kitchen is very well stocked. Better than any rental we have been to in the past. There are 3 golf courses on site and a many more around the area. We ate at several great restaurants within a few miles of the condo and shopping for food is only a mile or two away. The beach is as advertised. Literally 5 minutes or less away. Michelle is a great host and very responsive.I would recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach or golf vacation Bill and Sue T
