Find paradise between the links and the sea at this fantastic Sea Trails condo with access to 2 pools, gym, and beach parking. Showcasing gorgeous golf course views overlooking one of Sea Trail's 54 masterfully designed holes, this inviting escape offers an ideal home base for a coastal golf getaway. When you're ready for a break from chasing par, the golden shores of Sunset Beach are waiting just two miles away. Sunset Beach Fishing Pier also offers an opportunity to try their luck out on the water.

The sunny interior features inviting pops of color, complete with complementary beach-themed decor and artwork. The open-concept living area is designed for comfortable group gatherings, and a closed-door den area provides a quiet breakaway space for reading or afternoon naps. Enjoy casual downtime in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or head out to the screened-in balcony for some breezy outdoor lounging. The full kitchen comes well-equipped with everything you need for family-style meal prep. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the condo. Bathrooms were nicely updated and the refrigerator was a great size. We were easily able to check in and the management service also checked in for any information we might need. Great Stay and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful second floor condo which is open and well decorated. Nice view of the Maples golf course. A few cosmetic issues but overall a great place to stay. Convient to local attractions and to the beach. Would look to stay again in the future.

Stayed here with my parents. We all loved it!!! Beautifully decorated, just like the pictures. Close to the beach. Enjoyed the balcony in the mornings. Hope to stay here again soon!

Comfortable, Cozy and Clean!

We stayed at this condo while we were in Sunset Beach, North Carolina, visiting friends. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo looked just like the photos we had seen on the website! It exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

This was a weekend getaway for my wife and I and the second time staying at this property. From the minute we arrived it felt like we were home. We fell in love this area and when we retire in a few years our plans are to make Sunset Beach our home. We don’t know who decorated this condo but my wife loves it.It is so bright and welcoming and a delight to stay at.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I were visiting Sunset Beach to check out possible places to live in our future retirement years and check out if could live in a condo. This place was awesome and had almost everything we are looking for. Ten minutes after arriving ,my wife fell in love with this condo and it is at the top of our list if it were to ever come up for purchase. We are hoping to plan a few more weekend getaway’s here at Sunset and we will be using VBRO for reservations.

Beautiful Condo but misleading on amenities

We learned only a week before our stay that access to the amenities: pool and clubhouse were not available! Closed for remodeling. I asked for a refund or if there was an alternative to access a pool? This was a top priority on our list of amenities. We were given alternative information to use a pool for a fee and provided the location, phone # & address. We arrived to the location to pay the fee for use of the pool with my 83 yr Mom. We were told, No, we don’t have access to use the pool even if we pay a fee and Vacasa is known for providing misleading information regarding the amenities. After this experience, I will not go through any rentals with Vacasa and would not recommend them! Vacasa is very aware of our disappointment and did not offer any alternatives or discounts!
