Thank you Benji!! We try our very hardest to be attentive. There are 3 of us with our phones on ready to respond to our guests questions or requests. And you’re right. This little place is more of classic beachy, pre pandemic style 😉. This is also the most affordable place on the whole island and one of the closest to the beach too! Always clean as a whistle and a little beachy cheesy too. Come have affordable fun with us on a private resort island. Thanks for staying with us!! Kathy

The pictures and description are exactly what you are renting. It would have been advantageous to us all if you had reached out, while you were here, and expressed your dissatisfaction for the $125 per night accommodations you had picked for your one night stay on a private resort island.

What a silly review! You didn't buy even buy the Resorts club cards! And, the information about the Resort club is posted in the listing description before you book, as soon as you inquire about booking, as soon as you book, and several times before you arrive. We also gave you an early check in and worked with you in every way possible. Sorry you didn't enjoy your time at the beach. Just a suggestion before your next trip....read up about where you are going on vacation before renting someone's place and giving them a 1 star! Geez!

So many unusual things about his particular stay and review. I did call VRBO to challenge this review as we are not on Edisto and we do not have batteries in a bowl but we do have a Murphy bed so I’m convinced Jennifer had 2 places confused. The studio size is listed in the description. Occasionally a guest will misunderstand I suppose. The Sunsuites are studios and priced as such. In the beginning of Fripp Island, the sunsuites were hotel rooms. Since the 70’s, each room is owned by an individual and rented out to guests. Each Sunsuite is different. This one has a Murphy bed and bunk beds. The biggest difference in each sunsuite is if the owner is a club member so amenity cards can be purchased. Also very important is cleanliness and attentiveness. Both of which my team gets high ratings on because we focus on only 15 properties vs most companies who like to gather as many as possible! The Sunsuites are great because they are located in the middle of the island and are super close to the beach!! Parking can be “tricky” but not anymore tricky than most places one goes in a normal day. There is parking right behind the units and if you can’t park there then park in the front. Park by the fitness center, or anywhere by the Beach Club shops. Your walk will be 3 mins. Anyway, this review is weird and seems bogus. We do supply a starter set of paper products. Maybe bring some of your own if you use a lot 😉
