We're sorry to learn that the home did not meet your expectations upon arrival. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and concerns such as an odor or items left behind are not representative of the experience we strive to provide. Had we been made aware of these issues during your stay, our team would have responded promptly to inspect the property, address any concerns, and ensure your family was comfortable. Regarding the supplies, our standard preparation for a four-night stay for two families included six rolls of toilet paper, with additional supplies readily available upon request. Because we were not contacted during your stay, we weren't given the opportunity to replenish supplies or resolve any of the concerns you mentioned. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. We understand that discovering a mouse, encountering burned-out lightbulbs, and having concerns about the condition of the property would be frustrating, and we are sorry for the inconvenience these issues caused. We do want to clarify that your message was sent at 8pm on Friday evening. Our office is closed over the weekend, and we did not see your message until we returned Monday morning, after your Sunday checkout. We provide an after-hours/emergency phone number in all guest materials specifically so that urgent issues can be addressed while our office is closed, but we did not receive a call or text through that number during your stay. We also regret that the automated checkout message did not address the concern that you were trying to communicate. That was not the level of communication or service we strive to provide. Your comments regarding the laundry, supplies, and WiFi have been shared with our team so these areas can be reviewed and addressed. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are sorry we were not given an opportunity to resolve them while you were staying at the property.
