Relax in our cozy condo, walking distance to Clubhouse and Lake. Situated within the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. Only a 10-minute drive to Hwy 76, 20-minute drive to Silver Dollar City and 5-minute drive to Tablerock Lake.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a great stay. It is a great comfy property. Short walk to the river front and great hike. Great restaurant on the property too.

The property was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 children. The kitchen had everything you needed. However, VRBO listed the property as having 3 bedrooms that slept 7. When we arrived it had only 2 bedrooms that slept 6. Luckily, we found a roll away bed that my child slept on. This was no fault of the host as VRBO listed it incorrectly. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very roomy for our family of 5. A little outdated but great neighborhood and super comfortable. Just a quick 10-15 minute drive to all Branson has to offer.

Beautiful place to stay

This is a very nice place to stay in my wife really like the condo. The only problem is is when people come in for the holidays they could take Your parking spot would be nice if they had at least one to sign parking per condo other than that it was excellent

Yes, parking is first available - not assigned for each particular condo and at certain times of the year and others - you may or may not be able to park in front of your condo. Pointe Royale Golf Community has never had assigned parking but I will pass on your comments to their management. This place was awesome. We had a wonderful time. We would stay here again. Plenty of room and amenities were great. Only one thing that could have been better was the indoor pool had to much chlorine and it was burning everyone's eyes.

Great stay

The beds were comfortable and we all like the walk in level. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Whenever we contacted the manager we got a very quick response. Patio was nice. Very comfortable living area to watch TV . Point Royale is nice and we always feel safe there.

Everything was perfect! The only frustrating thing was the lawn service people mowing and edging the sidewalk as we were packing up to leave. Grass was blowing in and around our car and bags. A suggestion would be to have them mowing between 10am-4pm. Everything else was amazing!

Perfect For Us

The condo was perfect for my husband, my 17yr and myself. Pointe Royal is in a great area, easy acess to all areas of Branson. The condo super clean and the instructions regarding the whole property was very helpful, especially during the tornado warning.

49th anniversary trip

We have stayed in several Marshall condos and have always been pleased with our stays. This trip was special as it was our 49th wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the condo and found a Happy 49th Anniversary cookie cake and 2 balloons on the dining table!

5 stars wonderful stay

The property is well described. Very large. 5 of us fit comfortably. Off the main strip but still close enough for everything. Clean. Beds are nice. Nice outdoor area. Resort has many amenities. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Nice condo nice neighborhood

The discription and pictures are accurate. The management of the property are very professional (Denise) if you have any problems with the property they will take care of it or have it taken care of . I would strongly recommend this as a place to stay to friends and family. It is close enough to branson activities yet far enough to get away from the hustle and bussle of the city.

Convenient with great amenities!

Very comfortable for my family of 4. Overall the place was pretty clean. Only one issue we had during our stay which was with the A/C. The A/C worked fine but there is a rumbling sound in the fan. I would recommend this place and would come back!
