Cabin 1 features a double bed, sink, toilet, and a clean shower house with three (3) private showers with great water pressure steps from your door. (appx. 30')

We have a 24 hour Coffee Bar, Laundry, Ice and Vending Machine on site, next to our showers for you to enjoy FREE of charge.

Enjoy our several charcoal/gas grills, outdoor tables, fire pits and picnic tables, on-site arcade, yard games including corn hole, and connect four while taking in the wonderful lake views.

Bringing a Boat or Need a Boat?
We have Boat Rentals and Moorings onsite based on availability and for an additional fee.

Lake Access:
You can see the lake access from your cabin just a short walk past the arcade, towards the steps and you will see our Lake Access sign, This access has a sandy bottom. If you are wanting a more traditional sandy beach we are within walking distance to the Alton Town Beach

Vacanza NH has complementary bicycles and kayaks for our guests to use on a first come first serve basis. We are within walking distance to most of Alton Bay attractions including the town beach (sandy beach) restaurants, ice cream, and the marina.

This cabin is perfect for vacations, & enjoying the all the lakes region has to offer, rent multiple cabins for the perfect group getaway.

We do allow a pet, but please review our pet policy to ensure our cabins are the right fit.

Pet Policy:We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), and weight of your pet(s).

-Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.

-All guests will be charged a one-time flat fee of $40.00 per pet per day or a flat $200 fee for weekly stays.

-Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s).

-All pets must be in crates if left unattended, and cannot cause any disturbance, to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced .

-Pet(s) cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours. They cannot be tied up outside unattended, and must be on a leash when outside.

This property has lake access & complementary kayaks and bicycles on a first come first serve basis, we ask guests to return all kayaks and bicycles when not in use.
