Had an incredible stay for a Father/Son overnight trip to Laconia. The property was clean, incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing, the amenities were very nice and perfect for a vacation of any length. Perfect for family trips, couples getaways, solo adventures and friend getaways. This property is close to anything you want to do in that area. Has a nice pool, basketball, firepit, BBQ spots, places to relax and enjoy your drink or coffee to watch the sunset over the lake or sit under the starry sky while the kids place ping pong and watch movies in the great room behind you. Unit 309 itself was clean, perfect amount of room for my son and I. Loved every bit of the layout, plenty of table space and counter surface, cute and comfy living room set up with the roku was top notch. Having a full kitchen was amazing, we ordered food but having the option is a huge plus! Having the private balcony was nice, it was very relaxing at night looking at the moon above the trees from atop the hill. We loved the loft bedroom, it is super cute and gives perfect vacation tree house vibes although the stairs to the loft will be tough to navigate for taller or bigger folks, watch your head! We had an amazing time and will be looking to book this Unit or another on this property ASAP! Host was available via messenger and phone at moments notice with any needs and clearly communicated information for gate and door codes! Very much would stay at any of their properties again in a heartbeat.
