Notre maison de location Kiawah Island est vraiment une retraite de paradis qui a tout. Beau, lumineux, maison spacieuse avec agréable véranda. Vous pouvez entendre l'océan depuis le pont projeté. Ceci est une maison de quatre chambres avec un beau terrain boisé bordé de palmiers et de chênes. Situation idéale - seulement 135 pas de la plage mile Kiawah 10 et une balade à vélo très court à partir de la zone de loisirs piscines Night Heron Parc. Il est classé dans le peloton de tête des villas de location de Kiawah Resorts.

En raison de l'association avec eux, tous les privilèges et rabais qui Kiawah Resort invités reçoivent sont disponibles pour nos clients. Very clean, well stocked and appointed. Comfortable beds. Screened porch, deck with BBQ, outside shower. Close to beach access boardwalk and bikepaths. All resort amenities are available. Weeklong family reunion for 7 adults and 2 year old. Everyone left relaxed and happy.

Great family getaway

Good to be just a short walk from the beach. We also really enjoyed having access to the resort pools - those were great fun. Kiawah is such a special place - great to have a wonderful family vacation there!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. It’s very close to the beach and quiet. We would stay here again! It did need some cleaning when we got there, but it wasn’t anything too major.

Great spot on the island for friends and family!

Great house and lots of bedrooms. We stayed with some friends and our kids had a great time. It is a beach cottage and in overall good condition. The property manager/owner is great and is wonderful to talk with regarding any issues with the property.

Great Family Trip

We spent a long weekend here with our family. The house was the perfect size for 8 adults and three toddlers. We found the house very clean and kid friendly. Close to the beach and the Night Heron Park. Loved being able to rent this home. You won't be disappointed!

Great spot!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this home. It was great! Newly remodeled, it looked even better in person than in the pictures. Great open kitchen was the perfect place to relax. Close walk to the beach and lots of wonderful wildlife to see. Nice bedrooms, it holds lots of people comfortably. Clean and well-maintained, we hope to rent this one again!

Family Vacation

Great house for a large family with kids and a perfect location as its easy to walk to the beach and bike anywhere on the island. The home needs from new furniture and same updating, but the host indicated that its being done in the fall and can't wait to see what they add.

Holiday Getaway

Our family - klds and grandkids - shared the Christmas holiday on Kiawah Island. We chose to rent this property because it appeared to be able to accommodate family dinners and get togethers....we were not disappointed. The home is very well equipped, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Location was excellent and we would most definitely stay here again.

Good Value and Location

Overall, our stay was good. Good location and great value for Kiawah Island house. Property owner, maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive to any of our issues. Property showing some age but still great value for size of house and people it can accommodate. Most issues reported were fixed quickly with exception of clothes washer. All in all, me and my family enjoyed our week on Kiawah, as always.

The house is literally 2 blocks from beach. Great culdisac for kids to play. House was just as we expected. Had minor inconveniences that we delt with. Owner was very accessible to comuunixtae with and attempted to take care of issues. We have already booked the house for next summer.

Everything We Needed

The house had everything we needed, great location, clean & comfortable. The house needs some maintenance repair. The kitchen sink developed a leak while we were there. The host responded right away and had maintenance team promptly fix it. The short comings of the house are mostly cosmetic - nothing that prohibited us from having a great time. The bed/bath options were perfect for our family group. We woud choose this property again.

Property was nice but not as close to beach and Night Heron park as we thought. Listing had said 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and it is actually only 3.5 bath. Didn’t notice this later in the listing until after we arrived.

We understand families visit Kiawah Island based on the experiences and memories they plan to capture. Just wanted to make sure you were responding and providing feedback on the correct property. The description and information from the VRBO web site provide the following information and has been the exact same since 2012. Within the description states the following: "just 135 steps from the Kiawah 10-mile beach and a very short bike ride from the Night Heron Park”. In response to the comment for the bedrooms and bathrooms, again this has been on the VRBO Web site since 2012. Within the summary section under House, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths. We hope to continue to earn your business so please keep us in mind if any plans bring you back to Kiawah Island for future stays. Greg & Patty

Three-day golf trip to Kiawah

A group of four of us meet once a year to reassure ourselves that our decisions to not become professional golfers were in fact sound ones. This year we stayed at a house on Kiawah island with easy access to several beautiful courses including the famous "Ocean" course. The house was a great match for our purposes. Each golfer had a separate bedroom and we had access to a well-equipped kitchen. When some minor issues arose, the owner was easily reachable and provided a quick response.

Convenient, relaxing location.

Kiawah Island is an interesting destination. Only one way on or off the island by car. Therefore, if you are far from the entrance, it is a long way back-and-forth from your accommodation off the island or to visitor amenities. This property is very well located. It is five minutes to the grocery store and coffee shop by car. It’s a five minute walk to the beach. It’s a 11-15 minute walk to the pool. Having access to the pool and Kiawah Island resort facilities is an important benefit. Everything about our experience was five star. The house is definitely a rental property that is showing some age, but for the value, it remains five star. Having rented multiple properties through the years, Greg, our contact, was outstanding. On top of all questions asked and quick to respond.
