The Garden Home is minutes from lively downtown with local boutiques, restaurants, and Museums.
Please be sure to:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 8 PM and always be respectful to the neighbors. No smoking anywhere in the house. Ashtrays are provided and we ask that no evidence of discards be left in the ashtray or on the grounds.
For those traveling with pets, we ask for you to ensure your pet is house trained. Doggie poop bags are provided along with a rake/scoop for you to clean up the yard during your stay. Please use the outside trash cans and triple check the yard before you depart!

We loved this property!

Lovely home in a centrally located part of town. We had a very responsive host. The house was SO well equipped! The fenced backyard was both private and great for the dog. We highly recommend the place!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location. Nice fenced in front and backyard with a cozy cottage feel. My husband used the downtown scooters to get around. We loved it!

Easy location

This was a very clean home and super easy to get to! The only problem we had is that the property is listed as a two bath house when it is actually a 1 1/2 bath. We had 10 people in the house so sharing one shower was a little difficult. But overall it was a very nice stay!

Colorado Springs Fall

This is an amazingly charming property. Well-decorated, well-appointed and well-located. Felt like home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and dining room open, cozy living room. Loved spending time on the back patio and hot tub. Our pup felt right at home in the large back yard and watching cars out the front window. We will definitely be back!

Property was as advertised. I guess I didn't catch that it was only 1.5 Bath home. That's my bad. Rene & Bree were on top of everything! Very responsive! The home worked out perfectly for our stay for our son's graduation from USAFA. It was very clean and well stocked. Only issue we had was number of towels for number of guests and they resolved that very quickly with just a message through the app!
