We really enjoyed our time at the house. It was the perfect layout for our family and our cadet really enjoyed it. We will definitely look at staying again for the next parents weekend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious, clean, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs! Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Great Stay

The house was spacious, clean, and the hot tub was great. We had a small hiccup at the beginning of our trip when the a/c went out on the hottest day. We got ahold of the property manager who had someone out within 30 minutes and maintaned communication with us about it until she was able to get the unit replaced 2 days later. Location was convenient and within a good distance of things to do and restraunts. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient house

The home was very comfortable and nice to come back to after a long day. Communication with the property manager was easy. We had issues with the WiFi and the property manager got the issues resolved right away. I would definitely book this home again when visiting Colorado Springs . Thank you for the comfortable stay . Location made it easy to get to zoo, garden of the gods, our relatives home , airport and our first time having Dutch Brothers coffee .Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ours.

Perfect accommodations

The house was as described. We were there to attend a 4 day conference at Charis Bible College, so we basically only slept and showered there, but found the accommodations were great!

Nieces’ Graduation weekend

Perfect location for the family to gather to celebrate our nieces graduation. We each had our own room but loved the common spaces. Many a card game played in the dining area.

Good Stay

This was a spacious, updated, older home in a transitional neighborhood. We were a party of 6, and we all had room to spread out. Only wished that we could have stayed longer be able to make use of the hot tub

Great space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three stories, 4 bedrooms, and 2 living rooms were perfect for what we needed! The cul du sac was a plus because we had a trailer with us and needed the extra parking space. We are planning to book this property again!

Spacious, comfortable home

We really enjoyed staying at this house for a short family reunion. It is very spacious. It was a very nice touch to have robes available for us to use while we relaxed in the very nice hot tub in the back yard. We also appreciated the numerous spices, etc. available for us to use while cooking meals.

Nice house!

House was very nice! Only issue is that there is a Super 8 on the other side of the fence. We heard gunshots two nights in a row and saw a woman naked except for a blanket wrapped around her sneaking through the fence one morning

Clean and cozy

Very clean! I misplaced my wallet while I was there and searched every crack and crevace with no unpleasant surprises. It is stocked well with necessities and I felt very at home.
