*NEW Ponderosa Pine Paradise!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! This Pristine Mountain home has everything to pamper you during your stay in Flagstaff. Tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the downtown area. Comfort won`t be in question. Updated rooms with brand new beds and furniture! Fenced-in yard for pets! Plenty of privacy. Back courtyard to soak in the mountain air. Kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you could need.

*Firewood is not provided*

***Winter month conditions: There is no street parking between the months of October 1st -May 1st. For stays longer than 6 weeks snow removal services will come at an additional costs***

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please pay the pet fee before your arrival.
