Cozy Country Home 5 min from Proctor Lake and Par Country Club.

Fun, quiet, open area
 plenty of run around room outside for the kids.. plenty of space to park and to turn around. One car garage with a Tesla charger. There is a charcoal grill and a large griddle for cookouts and fire pit to sit around and enjoy your company. Comanche is only 10 min away with several places to eat, including our own famous “Harvest Restaurant” with Chef Todd Sanders who has been on “The Bucket List” and don’t forget to check out Stone Eagle Beer Garden it is a great fun place to hang out and kids are welcome
 There are many different events that happen through out the year. Rodeos, parades, Christmas light show and our famous Pow Wow
.Plus, several wineries to enjoy. Stephenville is about 20 min away with more eating options to choose from and several planned events happening either with Tarleton or the city of Stephenville.
There is always hunting time too. There is plenty of wildlife to see.

The house was very clean and host was very accomodating close to town. Ollie the dog is super sweet and greets you everytime you arrive. My kids absolutely loved him. This home was beautiful and we will stay there when we come back for sure.

Peaceful Oasis

We rented the house for Christmas. The house was the perfect size for us and our kids and grandkid. Beautiful sunsets and prime location to surrounding towns. Property managers had great communication and answered any questions we had.

Always a pleasure!

This was my family’s second time to stay at this property and we’re already planning our next trip! The house is perfect! We could cook, bake, do laundry, watch tv and play games. And the owner’s dogs that came to visit regularly were always a pleasure!!!! Love, love, love this sweet house and the owners!

Terrific

We rented this property to stay while we attended f our 134th Cunningham reunion. This property is very spacious, very clean, and just a great rental. Beds are very comfortable, great water pressure and very hot water. We loved our stay. Will definitely rent again if its available. The owner was awesome!
