Casa MiAmore offers you a, 4 bedroom/3.5 bath abode. The large rooftop lounge and recreation area give you cityscape views, a garden view, and a distant view of the waters of the Caribbean, and the island of Isla Mujeres.

The gorgeous palapa (aka Tiki hut) is the must-hang-out place for large group fiestas. Enjoy the relaxing sea breezes with a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a glass of wine with the sunset.

The hidden feature of this house is our BONUS 1 bed/1 bath STUDIO (booking over 7+ guests for additional cost) private entrance accessible from the back of the house including all amenities, AC, kitchenette, closet, TV, and full bathroom. Perfect for those teenagers, young couples, or introverted individuals.

The space
All bedrooms are furnished with luxury pillow-top mattresses with 400-600 thread count sheets and beautiful bedding. Each room features something special and comes with a TV, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. Community Pool access on request for additional charges - per guest/per day.

The large master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet with barn doors, and an attached balcony.

The second bedroom has a full bed with an oversized mirror and closet space. Décor in each room has traditional Mexican elements and a vibe.

The third bedroom has a walk-out balcony with two twin-size beds and traditional Mexican artwork

The kitchen in the main house is fully furnished with stainless appliances, a gas stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, complete cookware, wine and drink glassware, and beautiful upgraded table settings. The utility room is furnished with a washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies.

We absolutely loved this home.

The gated community, the cleanliness, we brought a chef so the kitchen was so well equipped. Loved the rooftop seating area and pool. The living room was lovely too. The community was a great mix of locals and expats. Great little organic market 3 blocks away. 15 min walk to beach. Water was delivered when needed.

Nice place

The house was very cute and a great place ro stay for our week in Cancun. There was quite a bit of construction in the area, which made it less than ideal to stay in the house during the day, but we didnt really do that anyway. The immediate neighborhood seems very safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance that the whole family could enjoy. The house was listed as 4 bdrm, and I only saw 3. The house was stocked with everything we needed and whenever there was a question or concern, Lori was quick to answer and efficient with whatever the need was.

Casey, thank you for staying with us. Hopefully the construction in the neighborhood will be over soon. The listing mentions clearly that the 4th bedroom is a private studio with private entrance for booking over 6+ people. As you group was less than 6 people, hence 4th bedroom was not opened.

Adventure in city life

This is a beautiful Cancun home located in the city. The rooms all have A/C that work very well. Internet, washer, and all appliances worked well. Lory and Maya are close in the area and answer right away for any need. The pool is shared with 4 other homes but we never saw anyone else go in the pool. The locals are all very friendly and helpful. It’s best to get a taxi to get around unless you are comfortable renting a car and driving in Cancun. Close to the Ferry to take you to Isla Mujeres. There are little stores at walking distance and taco stands. My family really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back.

Great Pictures do not match reality, Pool not functional.

Als wir am Haus ankamen waren wir etwas überrascht, wir haben das Haus von den Fotos im Inserat tatsächlich nicht wieder erkannt als wir davor standen.  Das lag zum einen an der Baustelle direkt nebenan und anderen, dass in der Realität alles nicht ganz so hochglanzmässig, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, aussieht. Das Haus war im grossen und ganzen geräumig mit genug Platz aber etwas dunkel.  Während des Checkins, der sehr freundlich war, haben wir dann gemeinsam mit der Verwalterin festgestellt, dass der Pool leider gar nicht nutzbar ist  da Pumpen und Filter defekt waren. Es wurde zwar ein weiterer Pool angeboten als alternative, dieser wäre jedoch etwas weiter entfernt in der Siedlung gewesen. Da der Pool am Haus ein Hauptkriterium für uns ist und es keine Lösung gab, hat die Verwalterin angeboten, dass wir die Buchung canceln und dies mit der Eigentümerin abgeklärt wird. Wir haben deshalb mit der Verwalterin vereinbart, dass wir das Haus nicht beziehen, und haben eine alternative Unterkunft gebucht. Trotz der Bestätigung der Verwalterin Lory vor Ort hat sich die Eigentümerin Maya hier auf der Plattform bisher geweigert, die Buchungskosten zu erstatten.  Die Fotos vom Pool und Beschreibung wurden zwischenzeitlich von der Anbieterin verändert, in Internetsuchen sind diese aber noch zu finden wie wir es gebucht haben. Der Fall liegt nun beim Plattform Betrieber. Schade, dass es so kommen musste und dass so mit der Urlaubszeit der Gäste umgegangen wird. Nicht sehr s

They did not once asked to move, instead they added more quests at no extra cost. They damaged the sofa and one of the bathrooms. We offered an alternative pool but they refused

Having lived in snow almost all our life we wanted a piece of the paradise where we can enjoy beautiful sunshine and make memories, hence Casa MiAmore.

Close to Puerto Juarez Beach and Overseas Maritime Terminal with a crossing to Isla Mujeres. 10 min drive to Hotel Zone, Bus Terminal, supermarkets, offices, shops, shopping malls, and downtown. 24-hour guarded, gated safe community. 6 min bike ride to the neighborhood El Niño Beach or 3 min by car. Family-friendly neighborhood.

We strongly recommend renting a car if you want to explore Cancun and its many surrounding places for convenience and flexibility. The bus to the hotel zone costs $12.50 pesos per person and taxis, approximately between 40-50 pesos to anywhere in downtown Cancun.

You can also choose to use a taxi. Simply asking the security guards at the entrance booth to get the vehicle to you when and where you have it. By the way, rates in this part of town are cheaper than in the hotel area. At the same time, there is a public transport stop at a cost of less than one dollar and a 24-hour service every day of the week.
