Newly remodeled ground-floor condo at Ali'i Kai with all new fixtures and furnishings.

Located on the cliffs above Turtle Cave, you are just steps away from a private path leading to snorkeling with Kauai's magnificent Sea Turtles.

Enjoy ocean views from the front porch and dining room. Spectacular Bali Hai mountain views from bedrooms and living room. Bedrooms are quiet and private - facing lush tropical foliage away from public walkways or roads.

This ground-level, east-facing end-unit has A/C in both bedrooms plus lovely breezes from Kauai's easterly trade winds. Ceiling fans throughout add to your tropical island comfort.

This condo has been 100% renovated......

Modern, polished concrete floors throughout with no carpeting.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including commercial electric stove/oven. Custom teak kitchen cabinetry. Fully-stocked with everything you need for preparing home-cooked meals.

Dining: Monkey pod dining table has 4 comfy wicker chairs, and adjacent bar seats 2.

Living room: New comfortable sofa sectional with 55” flat-screen smart TV with cable and internet.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 44" flat-screen smart TVs with cable and internet. Beautiful built-in teak closets and dressers.

Ensuite Master Bath: Double sinks, soaking tub, walk-in shower with dual rain-shower heads, and private (enclosed) water closet. Pocketing teak doors between bedroom and bathroom can be closed for privacy, perfect for early or late risers.

Guest Bath: Single vanity sink. Water closet and walk-in rain shower have teak door for privacy from vanity area.

Laundry: Full-size washer/dryer in-unit.

Equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling gear and ice chest for beach outings - plenty of nearby beaches including Hanalei, Anini, Wylie and more.

We loved the condo, exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable. Loved the location as we could walk to the shuttle for the hike at Haena State Park. We would definitely come back again for a future trip to Kauai.

The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you need both for the house and for the beach. 4 beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys, and lots of snorkeling gear helped make beach trips so fun. The air conditioners worked great for the whole unit and we all slept comfortably in the beds. Great location for both Hanalei and Anini beach, which were our favorites. Check-in process was so easy and smooth and well detailed with everything you needed to know. We would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

Parking was plentiful and hassle-free, making our stay even more stress-free.What made this experience especially memorable was how effortless everything felt. Love, love, loved this condo! It felt like home! It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and easy to get in and out of (no stairs). The layout of this condo is perfect! We loved walking out to the lookout over the ocean each morning or at anytime. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could possible need! The bathrooms and showers were over the top! We found the closets, dressers, and cute little hooks that look like a decor item, all so thoughtful on the part of the owner. Our host was exceptional! They were easy to communicate with, welcoming, and very helpful! My granddaughter was able to come here and get dressed for her wedding with the blessing of our host! We didn't want to leave! We also enjoyed the food trucks just a few blocks away! We found their food to be some of the best on the island! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Kauai!

The host was wonderful and so kind and helpful. The condo was beautiful, modern, fully equipped with everything. It was exceptionally clean with everything very high quality with beautiful details. We would spend our mornings on the chairs by the ocean watching the albatrosses. We spotted whales and dolphins on these mornings. Highly recommend.
