Right in the middle of all the fun on the east end of 30A, the Villages of South Walton is located between the iconic coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Walk or bike everywhere you want to go!!! The shops and restaurants in Rosemary are less than a 5 minute walk away! Top floor, corner unit. One of the largest condos in the community. Community pool is heated year round, free tram to deeded beach. In addition, nothing beats relaxing on the patio overlooking the beautiful pool.

Once you arrive at "The Abbey", you can literally put away your car keys until your vacation is over. Everything you can possibly need or want is just a beautiful short walk or bike ride away.

-5 min walk to Sunset Beach/designated beach access (0.2 Miles)
-5 min walk to dining/shopping at Rosemary Beach (0.2 Miles) or 10 min walk to Alys Beach (0.5 Miles)
-Walk or bike to tennis at Rosemary Beach Raquet Club (0.4 Miles) or Alys Beach Tennis (0.6 Miles)
-Walk or bike to Rosemary Beach Fitness Center to enjoy one of their fun outdoor boot camp or yoga classes (0.4 Miles) or Ōtium studios Inlet Beach (1.0 mile) to maintain your fitness routine while on vac.

We couldn’t have been happier with the host and this condo. The condo was everything we could have ask for. It was clean with all the amenities we needed. The beach chairs and towels provided were high quality. The bed’s were comfortable. We absolutely loved the location. It was perfect for walking and biking. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. The condo is beautifully decorated and feels both stylish and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect and was close to everything we needed while still being relaxing and quiet.There was more than enough space for our family of eight, and we never felt crowded. Amazing Stay! Excellent location

Location is amazing, everything is at your doorstep in the Rosemary/Alys beach area. Had plenty of space for our family of 5 with room for more if needed. Condo and property is very well kept and our kids enjoyed the pool when not at the beach.

Rental is in a great location. Convenient to many restaurants, shops and the beach too! The rental was well equipped and clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in Seacrest for families

This was the perfect spot for our family with three young kids. We enjoyed the kids pool and being able to walk/stroll to Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. Jeff was a wonderful host - excellent communication and property just as described in the listing.

Loved this condo. It was our first time in the area but the location seemed perfect. Overlooking the heated pool and hot tub. We walked most places for meals or coffee or drinks, and at most were a 10 minute drive to other places we wanted to go. The host was great; couldn’t have been easier logistically.Would definitely recommend and visit again.Thanks!

Beach vacation

The listing was exactly as described! It was clean, had everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect. It was a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this rental if you are visiting this area!

Sunshine and Peace….

Great location. Convenient for restaurants or anything u might need . Pool and beach r great . Clean and plenty of security for safety !

Amazing. I knew nothing about Rosemary and we had some very specific requests. Jeff answered all my many questions almost immediately. Gave us excellent recommendation and was so accommodating. If you’re on the fence just book it with no worries! Perfect location and Lovely condo!

I am very passionate about taking care of my customers and excited to be a part of a wonderful family business that has been in existence for well over 20 years now. I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 kids. I also enjoy playing golf and play a couple times a week! I am also a host on Turo and own/rent many cars in 30A so I am very familiar with traveler's needs and taking care of customers, as I am an All Star Host with a 5 star rating!

As part of the Village of South Walton Beach condominium community, this gorgeous and one of the largest 3BR/2BA third-floor corner unit has access to resort-style amenities, including a heated pool that your balcony overlooks and hot tub and a seasonal tram to the beach.

Simply walk downstairs to rent bikes, get a Starbucks coffee or have a margarita at happy hour; Or maybe decide to browse the selection of quaint on-site beach boutiques and restaurants.

Want to do the same in Rosemary or Ally's beach, then add a 5 minute breezy gorgeous stroll and you are right in Rosemary beach enjoying their dining and shopping!

This condos location is unbeatable and nothing short of luxury and fun central. The Villages is within walking distance of the perfect Gulf beach sands and the happening communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach! With a simple stroll full of gorgeous scenery east you are enjoying Rosemary and the same west and you find yourself in Allys beach community.

Want to go to Rosemary for more great dining options, shopping, luxury lifestyle? Well it is just a 5 minute stroll through immaculate scenery just east. Want to do the same in Allys beach well then just take a similar stroll West.

You can even be at Seaside via a 10 minute ride down the beautiful 30A!

You simply cannot find a better location.
